I responded that what if we don't like the menu? He said that the customer always goes with him so he will not release the menu unless I sign a contract. Further, if we needed consultation we had to pay $25 for that. LOL. The only reason I looked into this company was because Yelp had it short listed. otherwise we do have some very high end companies/restaurants that we know of and can cater for us. they all send us the menu FIRST and foremost for free!
