My monthly payment toppled $290 with State Farm, and averaged about $275 when I switched to AAA. I had only 2 accidents and one speeding ticket. Most of the quotes that I got while trying to leave AAA were above $300/month. Finally, I went to geico.com to see if I could really save 15% in 15 minutes or less. Guess what? I actually saved about 30% in 5 minutes! My monthly premium is the lowest it's ever been ($149) even with 1 accident and 1 speeding ticket still on my record. Geico also gives me a ton of discounts such as a good student, financially responsible, antilock breaks, continuously insured for over a year and more. I don't think I'll ever leave Geico!

Since then, our family has been attempting to file his 2024 tax return through the Shackleford branch of H&R Block in Little Rock. What should have been a straightforward, time-sensitive process has dragged on for over a year. Communication has been consistently poor. Emails go unanswered. Follow-ups are required repeatedly. There has been no proactive outreach, no clear timelines, and no sense of urgency -- despite the legal and financial consequences of delayed filing. We have been told repeatedly that his taxes cannot be filed due to "technological glitches" and internal system issues. These are not issues within our control. Meanwhile, H&R Block has retained all of my father's financial documents, leaving us unable to move forward independently. It has felt as though his paperwork is being held hostage. This process has compounded our grief in a way that is difficult to describe. Handling a parent's estate is already emotionally and administratively overwhelming. Being met with indifference, disorganization, and repeated delays has been deeply distressing. We have been patient. We have been clear in our requests. We have asked simply for the return to be filed with the information available, with appropriate notes if necessary. That has not been done. I am escalating this matter beyond the branch level. If you are considering filing your taxes at this location -- especially if you are handling estate matters or time-sensitive filings -- I strongly encourage you to think twice. Professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency matter. Unfortunately, we did not experience them here.
