It's not as fancy as private rehab centers or nursing homes (you won't find ornate decor on the walls or fake flowers on every surface) but you absolutely, CANNOT find a better staff. From the serious nurses who also work for the hospital across the street, to the permanent staff for meals and administration, everyone has been friendly, thoughtful, and completely professional. At the end of the day, the people working there are the biggest factor in your family member getting the best care.

MAYBE the facility should call in a consultant to show the staff on how to manage the patients what they think is right might not be right on how they are handling the covid patient. The meeting took forever because Benny did not listen and insisted on continuing to talk, talk, talk. I could not get a word in. After a meeting that took over an hour (that should have taken five minutes) Benny said he would get back to me with quotes and options for policies. He never did. I called back twice to inquire about my quotes and each time I was told "sorry we'll get that over to you" and they never did. I eventually gave up. Benny was a big waste of time and energy. I went to Triple A and they took care of everything the same day.
