I stopped into Olympic Highway Self Storage on a whim and was immediately greeted with the best energy and service from Dottie. She introduced herself to my 2 young daughters both of which still Love her to this day haha. She didnt try and upsell me a unit that was oversized in fact she let me know that I could comfortably fit my things in a unit 1 size down. The units were secure, clean and well lit. Having multiple places to enter codes before you even have to use a key to unlock your unit just puts your mind at ease, not only did I have valuable things but so much sentimental value was being held behind those locks and doors. Im incredibly happy with my choice and Dottie also made the ending of my rental quick, concise and worry free. Cant recommend this place enough.

Mice chewed belongings and boxes and drug in some type of food, bringing in the ants. I'm not happy with the condition, the business practices, or the customer relations. I actually have nothing good to say after how I was treated. The photos I took speak for themselves. I've spent $1350 for mice to chew up my belongings and shit everywhere.
