Car Still Dirty: After paying for the wash, my car came out with dirt still on the wheels, streaks on the windows, and soap residue on the body. It looked like it had been rinsed with a garden hose and nothing more. Rude Staff: When I politely pointed out the missed spots, this Middle Eastern Man attendant rolled his eyes and told me "that's just how it dries." No apology, no offer to fix it. Went this morning and got the 11 dollar car wash, was behind a truck that was going through a second time. First time there, drove through went to vacuum and noticed bird poop still on car but they had boxes that said clean rags dirty rags. Rags all dirty. If it really cleaned a car there should be no dirty rags. Looked in 3 different boxes all rags wet and dirty. Came home and washed my windows. Won't be back. read more

Damaged my Toyota Tundra's hood. I heard it happen. Got out of my truck and walked all around, found nothing, went home. The next time I drove it I saw the damage on the hood. They claim it was already there but what their camera picked up was dirt in a totally different place on the hood. My truck is three years old and had zero damage anywhere. I had no recourse because I left the property and didn't find the damage for a day and a half. They will respond to this saying the hood was already damaged. They are incorrect. Their camera took blurry pictures of dirt on my hood. That's why I was at the car wash. The employee even told me they had a brush get ripped off by a ratchet strap (picked up from the bed of a truck) earlier that day. He told me that because I had a ratchet strap in the bed of my truck and he climbed back there and grabbed it, handing it to me through the window before I went into the car wash. I've no idea if that's why my truck was hit by a brush, but a fairly big coincidence. If you have a full size truck I recommend you stay away from this car wash. read more

You can send referral coupons for a free car wash as well. You can receive a free car wash on your bday. There are towels that can be used in bins. Used towels go in a separate bin. The restroom is always PRISTINE. Listen, I have held it before because I knew I was headed here. Large and multiple parking bays for detailing. Vacuums are free of charge. This place is whatever, doesn't clean your car very well but if you're just in the need of a quick wash it does the job but there's some chubby dude with glasses that work here and he's always a smart ass and tries to make you feel dumb with his comments for whatever reason. He must think most people are stupid or incompetent. Anyways today is Mother's Day. My mom wants her car clean i was like let go there fast before we go eat. I'm using the touch screen kiosk, and I'm indecisive if i want the deluxe wash or if i wanna go all out for my mom. He comes over and ask are you guys stuck and i said no & then he looks at the screen and looks at me and says "you are stuck you have to press this" & then presses the Pay now things & goes the extra mile to tell me "you need to put your card there to finish paying"... ohhh no shit Sherlock. The monthly membership is a great value if you wash your car each week. I particularly enjoy the special "membership lane", where you just drive up and the gate opens for you to drive right in for your wash (ahead of those who are having to pay at the kiosk). I like the fact that they have an automated armor all tire dressing system, which makes your tires pop ! If you notice the system didn't apply the dressing, they will apply by hand. ive come here a few times with no problems. went on the 3rd of October and was drying my car off with my dark blue towels. Now i dont know if there is a new manger or something cause ive never seen this dude here before. so i pull my towels out from my trunk, dry my car, throw them back in my trunk. This guy comes running over accusing me of stealing his towels and tells me to put them back in his bin. i tell him they are my towels and he continues to accuse me. They have recently added a complimentary clean towel and dirty towel bin. But these were mine. He then grabs one of my towels and takes it to the bin to "compare". They are a whole different shade of blue. he tries to laugh it off and gives me a free tire shine. not the point. I feel as tho it was racially motivated being that i am a poc. read more

Took my brand new car here ripped off My "fin" antenna and scratched my rims and didn't even wash the car right left water spots. I called like 15 min after when I got home to let them know was told I will be contacted by the morning manager after he reviews the video. Never received a phone call I called for an hr and a half no answer so I drove there since it's down the street from me and I spoke with the manager he said he review the video and that he would "GLUE" my antenna back on that he needed an hr of my time. I then said this is a car wash not a repair shop I would like the dealer to replace it at his expense. My rim he swore it wasn't the tire shine machine I watch the video where it shows it closing before my tire comes out. I saw the footage of my rim entering there is no scratch at all I showed pictures of my rims from when I purchased the vehicle the other day not a scratch or scuff. Beware!! I went to this car wash on Friday 6/2. I felt the car bump towards the end of the wash when it was doing the tire shine. I informed Oscar who stated he was a manager about the issue and he informed me that I hit my brakes. Why would I hit my brakes if I'm in neutral on the track going through the wash. I spoke with SAM he is the ceo and he stated they have a lot of the staff claiming their managers when they are not and they are gonna have a meeting about that. Sam also stated I can view the video but I'm sure that's not gonna be possible. I have a brand new car and came there with not one scratch on my rims and to zoom in The camera and check. Sam stated the video isn't visible enough to see. But the video for them that they viewed is visible enough to say it didn't happen there. When I talked to sam again on 6/9 he hung up In my face and stated again I scratched it outside the wash hitting a curb. From other customers reviews it looks like it has happened to other people as well.. if you don't want anything happening to your car at this wash, I suggest taking pictures or videos before you go. Otherwise you will be blamed if something does happen. Terrible!! read more

Honestly very disappointed, especially with all the good yelp reviews, I thought this place was going to be amazing. I've never left a yelp review before, but I was beyond furious. My car had soap marks with dirt all over. I told one of the employees and showed them that my car wasn't washed properly. I was so mad that I didn't even think about taking pictures of it. The employee was nice enough to tell me to go around and wash my car again, once the manger came, I didn't get a name, but it was a lady. She came and inspected my car and was like okay so where is it dirty. So I showed her my car, when you run your hand through my car you can feel the dirt on it still. I even said I will pay for it, it's not a problem. She goes on to say "I don't want you to waste your money because you got to remember this is a machine car wash ". Then why am I paying 18 dollars for this "amazing car wash". She tells me that I just have to scrub really hard with a towel to get the dirt off because the machine won't do it. Instead of refunding it or giving me a free car wash, she argues that my car was just to dirty, because she said she had a car like this before and it didn't come off, so if this happened before they need to fix their machines, and why is it a car wash if it's not gonna do it's work. read more
