This is the 3rd time I come and the gates are broken which is annoying and takes away from us members who can drive up and get our licensed read to open it. It's been 3 consecutive times I've and had to wait 5-10 mins while more cars pull up to have someone help. No apology for the wait, a hello or anything. The convenience and value of coming here has downgraded. Fix the fence and have enough employees to assist customers. read more

Just came back to get a wash again and I saw the employees actively taking out fresh clean towels and Taking the dirty ones away. My car is white and I typically get the ceramic so I can tell the difference before and after the wash and my car definitely looks sparklier! I was checking in by a girl named Kimberly and she was super nice and offered me my dash wipe! Great place to get a car washed! 10/10 service and expensive! read more

Always been a fan of quick quack. If you have the money for a monthly membership, it's awesome. Not happy with the first run? Go back and do it again and again. Anyway it's always nice when they open a new location as members can get their carwashes done at more places. And for their grand opening, they offer a free carwash or $10 membership for a month, which I totally jumped in for. I tend to buy gift cards for quick quack at Sam's club to do occasional washing myself because I can't afford the monthly . It's not a new facility but they did fixed it up quite nicely and they have lots of employees helping guide cars so the line moves quickly. I like how this location has mat holders. Do wish they would give out air fresheners tho. read more

The vacuums were horrible. They had very weak suction and didn't even vacuum any crumbs. The car wash before it was quick quack always had the strongest suction, but ever since quick quack took over this location, the suction has been horrible. It was so bad I had to go home and use my own vacuum. Judging by the comments, this has been an ongoing issue . Please stop being cheap and get this fixed. The customer service was outstanding! The area was also well kept, despite the few pieces of trash and rags near other cars. I also really appreciated the, "rain check," they had because it does rain quite a bit in this area. I just requested a basic car wash and the price point wasn't terrible (because I'm an out of state worker). There's also these super cute hampers for the used rags and I love it! Definitely coming back here to clean up either a rental or personal vehicle. read more

Drove by today and saw that they were giving 12 days of free car washes! Why because Quick Quack bought the car wash from the previous owners and fixed up the place! Custom color lights so as you drive through it's a little exciting! But I needed a wash and decided to try the place! They are very friendly and try to sign u up for their monthly special washes starting at 9.98 but I just wanted a clean car! Yes they do a good job and I don't need to go through a second time. I guess this was a early present and I loved it! If your in the area hurry as it will end soon on 12/11. read more

Always a delight and wonderful experience when I come here. All of the staff is in high spirits and eager to help. I get this experience nowhere else. Julio and Bri speak to you as if they really want you to keep coming back, I mean they make you feel like you are paying a million dollars a month and that they absolutely value you as a customer. Very attentive and polite. I also get the best results in my wash/vacuums has a great deal of suction and the air spray is powerful. The membership really pays for itself. I have a 2023 Tesla Model Y. Less than 6 months old. Windshield was in perfect shape. Went through the wash and heard a pop. Saw that the windshield cracked on the top middle of the windshield. I told the person who checked me in and she agreed she did not see the crack when I entered the wash. They took a report and pictures and then gave me the run around for over a month. Finally stating that a rock chip caused the crack. I took the car back to them and asked them to find a rock chip in the windshield and they could not. Eventually stating that they would not be paying for the damage regardless of fault. If you have a newer or nicer car I would recommend finding a place that is a little gentler on the cars. read more

I only have had my membership for less than a month. Usually I go to the one in Riverside. Since I was in Moreno Valley, I decided to come to this one. When the car wash was done, my car was dripping wet. I went to get one of the towels to dry my car off and there wasn't any clean dry towels. I asked one of the workers if there was any clean dry towels and they told me they were barely going in the washer. I understand machines takes forever but in my honest opinion if I seen the employers working I would believe them. Nobody had friendly customer service, everyone was rude, standing around talking. Come on Quick Quack DO BETTER. I like Quick Quack and so do my kids. read more

For the past several weeks, half the vacuums don't work, they don't even have hoses. Have to wait long periods of time to vacuum. Only approximately 6 spots that vacuums work. Better off going somewhere else. Spinning brushes inside continuously don't work. Once wash is done, car is still way too wet compared to other car washes. read more

Out of town 3 weeks. I let the payment fail on purpose. I come back to town get charged for the entire month. I contact customer service online, I get a auto generated bs response " we'll look into it". Now I'm being charged again. I call & waste time. I get the same bs results. Get it together. Still long lines. Still no vacuum enforcement. Still bs. Most of the time something broke or failed stuck in the washing bay several times over. Not worth the time Not worth the money. The employees are kind and helpful. Only had one who was a bit pushy in selling a membership. I'm glad i didn't subscribe to the membership because that very time I washed it, their machine took the paint right off the back of my car! The car wash shutdown by itself when my car got to the tire wash section. I didn't know if it was gonna start again. No one let me know what was going on. I pulled forward so my car wasn't dry. I asked for a towel and I was told they ran out. The attendance were nice and professional.
