I was a loyal customer of this car wash for years, but about two years ago I noticed a significant decline in the quality of their work. Yesterday, I decided to give them another opportunity and paid $150 for a full detail on my Jeep. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The detail was poorly executed and inconsistent throughout the vehicle. There were numerous areas where the interior dressing (Armor All or a similar product) was either heavily applied or completely missed. Instead of leaving the interior looking clean and uniform, it was left looking blotchy and unfinished. The most concerning issue was that the product was applied to the clear plastic lens covering the instrument cluster. As a result, the plastic is now cloudy and foggy around the edges, appearing to have been permanently damaged. Prior to the detail, the lens was clear and free of these defects. After noticing these issues, I calmly spoke with the manager, Louie, and pointed out the missed areas as well as the damage to the instrument cluster lens. Rather than addressing my concerns, he told me I was "too picky," refused to correct the workmanship, and declined to offer any type of refund or resolution. The situation became even more upsetting as I was leaving. The employee who had detailed my Jeep approached my vehicle in an aggressive manner and challenged me to a fight. Louie witnessed this interaction but did not attempt to de-escalate the situation. Instead, he repeatedly yelled at me to leave the property. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I would have been satisfied if the business had simply acknowledged the issues and made a genuine effort to correct them. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in, and I was treated with a level of unprofessionalism that no customer should experience. I sincerely hope the owner has an opportunity to review the surveillance footage and address both the quality of the work and the way this situation was handled. 2 stars is honestly accurate for this place. To be fair, I've come here a handful of times trying to give this place another chance each time--both for my car and my wife's. I usually go with their mid-tier package, but this last visit I decided to upgrade and pay extra for services like hand wax. Unfortunately, every visit has left me disappointed, and this one was no different. It feels like they rush through the job and use dirty rags--especially noticeable on the glass. The interior is consistently left streaky, and even basic details get missed. For example, my side mirrors still had dried water spots that clearly weren't wiped down properly. Looking closer, there were still small coffee stains in the door sill, the cup holders were barely cleaned, and the rearview mirror and display console were both left streaked with visible water spots. The steering wheel looked like it was simply wiped rather than properly cleaned. The driver's door armrest was still dusty and dirty. The seats were barely vacuumed, still had crumbs, and weren't properly wiped down. The center console was also not cleaned well. Overall, it feels like corners are always being cut and the work is just half-done. Safe to say I won't be coming back. I'll be sticking with in-home mobile detailers--even if it costs more, it's worth it for the quality. read more

I took my car in for a Mini Detail which costed over $125.00 last Saturday. It took an hour and a half to be completed. When I went to see where they placed my mats and opened the back hatch which still had wax they didn't wipe off. The supervisor or manager came over and apologized and wiped with a rag. Then the windshield they did a horrible job wiping down to when I am driving I see the marks where they wiped and didn't clean. Inside dash they also did a poor job. I regretted giving over a $20 tip and will not be a returning customer. Pure disappointment!!!! read more

Paid for a hand wash and left highly disappointed and had to touch it up at home. Not only did my car have missed marks all over it, but there were loads of tire shine build up on my wheels and tires, interior screws were covered with cleaning material that didn't come off easily at all and all four wheels were still dirty. Absolutely awful service. We got there this morning (Saturday) and they weren't busy at all, 4 cars total including ours (2), we got both cars exterior and interior done and it wasn't done at all. I noticed somethings when i first got into the car and on my wife's but when we got home and fully looked it literally wasn't done, half assed vacuumed, most of it not even wiped down, the entire back seat not vacuumed, my wifes car had half of a bumper wiped down, etc. I called to complain and ask for a refund, as we live kinda far I wasn't about to drive 30 mins back to show them so I took pictures just in case they asked. No refunds. Where does it say no refunds? Maybe there at the place but the receipt doesn't say that. She said we can go back and have them reclean it. I have recently been frequenting this car wash again and every experience has been great. There are not many of these left with all the self-service places around. I was skeptical getting back into having my car washed but I've been here at least 4 times in the past few months with different cars and have had a great experience each time. I feel like the price is worth the convenience and quality of work done. Multiple times they've removed or buffed out marks or scratches I wouldnt be able to handle myself. I had dog hair on the interior roof of one vehicle and one of their employees absolutely killed it, she somehow got all of it off the roof, I was so grateful because I have a medical condition affecting my arms. Having good help these days is hard to find. So, I am grateful amd thankful there is still a nice, reliable, consistent place I can take my cars for washes and bigger things. Service is quick as that day there is just a few car being cleaned. The outside of the car is just cleaned nicely as expected. Dashboard is shinny and sticky from the fluid that they applied i wiped with a paper towel and to my dismay the white paper towel is so dirty. This is one of the few choices in Car Washes where you just drive up and let them do what they will with your car. Overall it's a gamble in my opinion but people do it everyday and occasionally you hear of a bad story- but my car is kinda old and I don't want to risk having parts break off because of someone else- But I brought my bosses truck here and she was very happy with the way that it looked! They do spend a good amount of time on wiping everything down and I paid extra for some leather treatment. My only complaint is that I usually find a spot to wipe clean and I didn't smell any air freshener at all when I was leaving so I put in a store bought one for her. I just got my large SUV washed and had an appointment so had to leave before checking my car. When I got to my appointment I inspected my vehicle and they did such a horrible job. Reaching them was nearly impossible, I was able to finally get a hold of someone and she recommended I returned and let the guys know . I went back and told them that they didn't vacuum my vehicle properly, left lots of little trash around the vehicle, and also left dirt buildup on my tires, and just covered it up with tire shine .They "addressed" my issues and "cleaned" my car.
