My water was good she recommended product in the room. Now what I didn't like is the fact we were walking in the hall and she was talking about ingrown and exfoliating and product down the hall and in the lobby where other people could hear. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was obvious she wanted her team to know she was promoting the products. My first visit was nice, my last three appointments have been canceled last minute, literally last minute I received a text as I was walking in that my appointment was canceled! Because the waxer called out, you would think they would move it around and reschedule or make things work... NO , they acted like it was my issue and were very rude and I feel like this is extremely unprofessional even when I was there face to face trying to resolve there was 3 ladies behind the desk talking and laughing (two of them being racers) I never said anything the first two time this happened but I am mad , why even reschedule or schedule in the first place if as a business can not accommodate what they set up . I visited this location for the first time. Very very professional employees. My tech was Asia she was very professional, fast and little heavy handed but nothing I hadn't experienced before. The 2 stars is because 2-4days after my Brazilian wax i started feeling discomfort. Then came a bunch of bumps! I mean these looked like i used a razor down there. I will never go back come back. I arrived 10 minutes early to my Brazilian wax appointment with Marshaun. The receptionist kindly checked me in and asked if I needed to use the restroom. The restroom was clean, neat, and gender neutral. On my way back to the front, an experienced waxer verified my name then asked if she could observe during my wax today. Reluctantly, I said sure. She walked me in the room with a newly hired waxer who introduced herself and stated she would be waxing me today. I informed them that I made this appointment last month for Marshaun. The experienced waxer said "Oh, they didn't call you?" The inexperienced waxer said, "Marshaun is no longer working here." Uncomfortably, I got undressed and lay on the table. The experienced waxer coached the inexperienced waxer, gave her a plan for the order to lay and pull wax strips, thanked me for letting her watch, then left the room. The wax itself was not terrible. The inexperienced waxer ensure the temperature of wax was to my liking, tried to make small talk, and told me when to take a breath before she pulled. She also laid too many strips, left hair in the pubic region and below my belly button, and forgot to apply ingrown serum or any soothing cream when she was done. HERE IS THE PART THAT TICKED ME OFF!!!! When I returned to the front office to reschedule I asked to be a client of someone who is experienced. I did not like being uninformed of the change in waxers, having 2 people in the room, the extra hairs remaining, nor the dry after wax feeling I had to bear on the way home. The checkout cashier was inexperienced and had to ask the manager who had just gotten off the phone but was sitting right next to her. The manager proceeds to tell me that they don't know how long people will stay and basically to stick with who I had today because she will be around for awhile. I again said I wanted someone different but she did not budge nor offer me another option. Frustrated, I left a $5 tip for my waxer that day but I did not schedule my appointment for next month because I don't feel that I was treated fairly and with respect. I live in Waxahachie. I am currently thinking of driving past the cedar hill location to Arlington just to get my wax. read more

I had a wax appointment with nicolette at 1:15 february 6,2024. When i went to the room she was very genuine until things took a turn. In the mix of her giving me my brazilian wax she told me to take of my belly ring so that she could get around the hair.. but instead of waiting for me to take it off she insisted on ripping the wax while giving the ring to my sister... i said ouch because i never felt a rip like that before... she then took a little minute to observe the inside of vagine and she told me to go change because i started my cycle and ofc there was a puddle of blood.. i was so confused because i literally got off my cycle the last week of jan.. so my sister goes into the restroom with me to take a look on where i was bleeding from and turns out she literally ripped my vagina open to where its deeper than a cut.. me and my sister went into her room to tell her what happend.. she was so surprised on what she did to me.. she did not try to clean up the area.. all she did was say sorry.. i go get my mom to tell her what happened the lady at the front desk her name is kacey costis my mom asked for the corporate number including the manger she said is was against their policy to give out any of the information.. i am truly devastated her i am now in the er getting stitches because my vagina is split open this was a traumatic experience for me.. we will have a attorney involved because this is unacceptable!! a attorney will be involved from here on out.. how do you run a business with no manger on duty?? then they said they will have melissa the manger call us and we have yet to hear anything from here! nicolette needs to be fired.. none of those ladies were concerned about my health . read more

The Cedar Hill location never answers the phone and every time I've had an appointment with them it has been cancelled. The one time I choose this location and tried calling to let them know I'm running late due to weather, no one once again answers the phone. I'm told I can't be seen once I do arrive and was on 8 minutes late. They did not honor their late policy. I will continue to go to other side of town where people who do not look like me take better care of me than those who do. read more

Relax and Wax is the place I have been going to however I go when I'm off or after work and they are never open when I need them. This wait causes my pubic hair to grow to long. EUROPEAN WAX CENTER is the best place I've ever ever ever visited. They know more about your vagina than you do. The esthetician's technique is horrible but the service and products supersede how horrible their technique is. How they remove the wax hurts badly or maybe it's what they use to prepare the skin for the wax. I don't want to write them off because of one esthetician but try another. And with her attitude I'm sure she will get better. She was super nice and knowledgeable. You will learn something about your body in one visit. I know because I did. Everything takes time. My wax specialist was Kelsey It was fast and easy they have a scheduling service appointment for specific time slots which Way may work for some people but they also have walking options which are very helpful for people like me. I think the price is pretty pricey for my next visit but I'm gonna go back to just give it a try due to the fact that I don't have to get wax is a every month for most of the time I get them every month and a half to two months so I may be able to save some money they do offer packages at discounted pricing. getting nine packages scheduled discounted rate. read more

I was very disappointed to say the least. I was not educated on the process when I booked my first appointment. I have gotten bad breakouts EVERY TIME and spending over $100 on EWC products, the breakouts got worse. The staff seems inexperienced and not knowledgeable enough about preventing breakouts. I had to use prescription ointment to stop the breakout. My private parts look worse since I started waxing. Every time I asked about EXPERIENCE, I got the same response. I prepaid for a year and was told they only offer store credits if canceled which was NEVER STATED.....I would not recommend waxing at the Cedar Hill location and not until you are fully educated on the affects and prevention of breakouts.... read more
