Within 2 weeks car went into collision shop. Waited waited 4 days for the appraisal from the shop. 24 hours after appraisal was.notified that Frankenmuth was totalling out the car and would be receiving a call from the loss division. Got that call that evening with instructions of what I needed to do. Which I did the next day. By this time a week had gone by. Last Thursday I emailed them to inform them I had cleaned out the car and sent off the title. Monday night I got a message they received info they needed from my financial institute and myself and had released funds. Today exactly 2 weeks later I received.my check in the mail. Good communication, prompt customer service, and reasonable payoff. Sure I would have liked more, but considering I owned the car 18 months and received 800 less then what I initially paid for it wasn't bad. The fact I can't find another similar for even.what I paid for it just shows I got a good deal in the first place.
