DO NOT TRUST these people to do any laser treatments on you, they will scar you. They are not…read moredermatologists and are not trained correctly to use the lasers in their office. I had a treatment done on my face, which I had done many times with other providers and never had any issues. The day after the procedure I had burns and blisters all over my face, which became infected. Francesca, purposely burned my face, and gave me 3rd degree burns. After the procedure, she asked if I was allergic to Sulfa, which is used for burns, I'm allergic to it, and I wasn't given an alternative prescription until 5 days later, and if she had bothered to look in my file, she would have seen that I was allergic to it. Dr Lackey is no better, he can't tell the difference between an infection and an allergic reaction, and relies on cultures, which don't always work. After seeing them for a month, I wasn't improving, I had to go to a dermatologist, as soon as he saw me, he gave me all the proper medications. The dermatologist confirmed everything Dr. Lackey and Francesca prescribed me and were telling me to do was wrong. Because of the burns I have an inch long scar on one side of my face, a ¼ inch scar on the other side, and a 1/2 inch scar on my chin. The shape of my nose has changed, and my face will never look the same. Save yourself the grief and misery and go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who are properly trained, I wish I had. Also, their vein treatments are not effective, they wrap you in an ace bandage afterword, that does nothing, every other provider uses compressions stockings after sclerotherapy treatments. Their total business in a scam, and takes advantage of patients, this business, along with all four of their locations should be shut down.

His staff treats you well while you are deciding/paying (and all $ is collected in advance). They say, "he is your surgeon for life" and that all aftercare is included. Well it is NOT. If you have pain, problems post-surgery (a few months after) they tell you (me), all we can offer is to inject botox at $600 per treatment. The work looks pretty good (there were 2 small flaws that he declined to fix telling me eventually it will all go away) (yes it will when I die!)... But in hindsight, I'd say he pulled the skin too tight, cut deeply into nerves that never regenerated. After the fact, people told me, there is a difference between a cosmetic surgeon and a plastic surgeon... well, I didn't do enough research in advance, and pain is now part of my life pretty much 100% of the time. Thanks Doc and staff.

With my second experience Dr Fezza was a real sight saver. While vacationing, I crashed my bike and fractured my eye socket. ER stitched me up and told me to see a surgeon right away to keep my eye from sinking into my sinus. No doctor would see me because I had no insurance at the time. Even though I was 600 miles away I called him and he told me he would do the best for me that he could and work out the cost. I was scheduled right away and the surgery was a great success. I got the needed follow up visits. He is an exceptional plastic surgeon and ophthalmologist with a sincere and caring manner.

I don't return to offices where that's the Norm rather than th exception. Its clean. A decent selection of reading material. I generally see Dr Kola as I'm a long established patient. I'm 100% satisfied with the care I receive. As a final note the nurses, MAs, PAs, are out of this world. They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. I can highly recommend this office for pain control, and injury assessment, and care.

I couldn't relax with the chatter.. I would suggest perhaps they play some native American flute music or nature sounds during the procedure... and conduct interviews at another time. Did not walk out of the office until 5:10 pm. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen that create longer wait times but this is a regular occurrence at this institution. Today they apologized for the long wait times blaming it on the leaving snowbirds trying to get their last eye exam in before returning home. Well that's absurd. Who scheduled all those snowbirds. They certainly didn't just decide to walk in and demand to be seen. Someone is responsible for the over scheduling. Maybe they should re adjust the time allotment for each patient as the current scheduling procedures are creating long and unnecessary wait times for each patient.
