After several conversations with owners and mechanic they assured us they had gone over the vehicle completely and there were no issues that would require attention for some time. Yes there was rust on the body we were aware of but less than a week of having it, it had oil leak, coolant leak, water pump needed replaced, ball joints rusted out, brakes were shot rotors had burn marks, caliper bolts missing, boots split and list goes on. Said they would never sell a car they wouldn't put their own mother or daughter in...really! Shame on me for being so trusting but steer clear of this place. I'm sure they were laughing all the way to the bank but what goes around comes around. Terrible business.

I would have given them 5 stars, but the PRESSURE put on me AFTER the sale by the Finance Dept Warranty Saleman was beyond the pale. The stories of "what if's" this or that happens were hilarious. I don't live in fear of what MIGHT happen and felt a little belittled by that last part of the process. A simple question: "Would like to discuss warranty options with our Sales Dept?" would have sufficed. Because I would have said NO. Never, ever by extended warranties. It's fear-mongering.

Shepherd's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is a very honest and trustworthy dealership. I have bought a lot vehicles in my 46 years of driving but by far Shepherd's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram was my best dealership experience. If a could them more than 5 stars I would.

Lost wages for missing work to get new battery bought and installed. And they wouldn't even reimburse me for the battery. I made a comment about a squeal it had only to be told "It's just cold outside". Engine. And now, about 6months later..... Transmission goes out and probably going to be a small chunk of change for that. Really thought I had a trusted dealer to buy the next biggest investment in my life and for it to be reliable and last me another 14 to 20 years, only to be taken and not got an honest review about the truck and it's issues. Not A good car lot to deal with at all. Zero stars if I could across the board.
