After several conversations with owners and mechanic they assured us they had gone over the vehicle completely and there were no issues that would require attention for some time. Yes there was rust on the body we were aware of but less than a week of having it, it had oil leak, coolant leak, water pump needed replaced, ball joints rusted out, brakes were shot rotors had burn marks, caliper bolts missing, boots split and list goes on. Said they would never sell a car they wouldn't put their own mother or daughter in...really! Shame on me for being so trusting but steer clear of this place. I'm sure they were laughing all the way to the bank but what goes around comes around. Terrible business.

Good price because it was a 2013 (bought it in 2021), had only 29k miles though, and it was a manual transmission. The process was simple and easy. I would have given them 5 stars, but the PRESSURE put on me AFTER the sale by the Finance Dept Warranty Saleman was beyond the pale. The stories of "what if's" this or that happens were hilarious. I don't live in fear of what MIGHT happen and felt a little belittled by that last part of the process. A simple question: "Would like to discuss warranty options with our Sales Dept?" would have sufficed. Because I would have said NO. Never, ever by extended warranties. It's fear-mongering.

Shepherd's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is a very honest and trustworthy dealership.
