We don't landscape, we don't install pools and according to his emails to use, we're to blame. After paying him 50k+, he told us we had the obligation to rent an excavator (because this was our fault) and we should figure out our ground situation. BUYER BEWARE, THIS MAN HIRES UNSKILLED WORKERS (Jeremy was a beer rep before working for Todd and told us so during his work in our yard), and wow, did it SHOW! 25K+ in reworking your yard with retaining walls and slopes where you never wanted them! We're taking this guy to court, and showing all the pictures of the job. These pictures sure make his positions impossible to defend.....

He took care of the problem promptly, and came back afterwards to follow up. We will be staying there again next time we are in the area.

There is a walking path across the street which our dogs really need after traveling, but the path is also good for biking as well. We stay here as a cheaper alternative to staying in Burlington. It's just a 10-15 min drive away. No complaints.

I submitted an online request and called a few days later when they never contacted me and had no record of it. I submitted again from a different computer as a test and despite getting another confirmation email, they couldn't locate either request. Not good when service is urgent. Best to wait until business hours and call. 2 - The invoice they provide has no record of the amount of water they delivered. Was it 1800 gallons or 10? When a delivery is poured into a well, it is tough to determine how much they poured in since a lot seeps into the ground. Since they charge a flat rate regardless of how much they deliver, it's tough for a consumer to know they got their moneys worth unless its into a pool where you can see the volume. Prob won't use them again
