Stopped here today for a quick wash and another interior clean. Has a member of the unlimited club for exterior washes, this particular location also does interior cleaning. They clean your floor mats and windows and dashboard clean out the console. They do vacuum the whole entire car as well as making sure to clear off anything on the outside that is left over from the car wash. They shine up everything on the inside of the car. Ultimately it looks as clean as it is going to be clean and it takes about 10 minutes. It's on a track in the car just rolled down the track in six or eight people run through taking care of making sure the car looks great. My wife came here a few days ago to get her car washed and the interior cleaned on her car. There have been a couple of dead bugs up where you can't reach where the windshield meets the dash. She obviously was wanting the bugs vacuumed along with the rest of the interior cleaned/vacuumed, especially the dash. She is short and can't see the dash while sitting in the driver's seat. So she didn't notice it hadn't been cleaned. Fast-forward to today. I had to take her to work and noticed it appeared the dash hadn't been touched at all, not to mention the bugs were still there. Updating my review after using the Xpress Interior Clean yesterday. I was amazed by the process and the results. After one experience I am a huge fan and will be using the interior clean service regularly. The process is simple: you drive in to the Xpress Interior Clean building, which is clearly marked by both signage and pavement markings. Put your car into "park" and turn off the ignition. Take your keys. Remove any personal items and/or shopping bags and place them inside plastic totes. The totes move along the conveyor alongside your vehicle, you don't have to carry them. Your vehicle moves along the conveyor while a crew of several employees thoroughly vacuums, cleans floor mats, windows, dashboard, cup holders, console, etc. There are benches toward the end of the conveyor where you can wait. When your vehicle is finished the employees load any items from the tote and then you drive away. Super easy! They did an amazing job on my vehicle's interior. Everything from carpet to cupholders has been cleaned. It smelled wonderful too, and the windows were spotless. All the dog nose prints were gone! My floor mats had been a mess, no matter how hard I tried I hadn't been able to get them clean. Now they looked brand new! Crew has all the right tools to vacuum into every nook and cranny. It is always a struggle for me to attempt this in my driveway with my own vacuum and limited accessories. I love having my vehicle's interior as clean as the exterior. I'm pretty sure the only thing they did was take my mats out and wet them, they were still pretty wet when put back in my car. I have a little cubby area in the front of my car that wasn't even touched but was noticeable dirty. I have a toddler that sits behind my driver seat, which she likes to put her feet on my seat. My experience at this particular location today was the complete opposite of "industry leading customer service." I've been an unlimited club customer at Crew for years, and I have it on all of my vehicles. I recently got a new car and the employees scanned & switched my old barcode to my new vehicle and placed it in the door jam. Today when I pulled in, a Manager named Jerry told me that I had to place the tag on my windshield. I told him that I would once I got my windows tinted next week. He informed me that I would not be allowed to get a wash unless I put the tag on my windshield. I told him I already explained the situation earlier this week to other employees and they allowed me to enter with no issues. But apparently Jerry rather than providing "industry leading customer service" chose to delay the start of my day. He flat out refused to let me get my car washed, and utilize the service for which I pay for monthly. I had to exit the vehicle and get another employee involved who finally opened the gate and allowed me to enter. I don't know how long Jerry has worked for this company but he clearly needs updated training. Regardless of your policy, it is the managers responsibility to deescalate situations, and work to provide solutions and help customers. Not to aggravate them to the point of complete frustration. If a "manager" cannot effectively work with customers and provide fast, friendly, & helpful service. I don't understand why they are employed. And they certainly should not be in a leadership position. I will continue to frequent this location because it's convenient for me, but I hope I never have to encounter Jerry again. And honestly I'm considering taking my business to Prime Car Wash. It was a horrible experience for me as a customer. read more

I would rate a 3.5-4.00 / 5 for the service. Crew carwash formally Mikes, is new and improved but being new it still has some minor kinks to work out. But I'd say they definitely could be one of the best and I would definitely return. I went on a cloudy Sunday morning, so needles to say crowding wasn't an issue. I could imagine with them having one bay it could get pretty backed up. There's 3 lines that feed into one. Now more than one car can fit on the bay at one time. That's where I'm on the fence. For time management they guarantee a 10 minute turnaround and to be honest that bothered me. If the car needs extra attention or they miss a spot and if it can be done in 10 minutes you'll either be 1) unsatisfied or 2) have to drive back around - which is what I had to do. It seems car detailers ALWAYS miss on vacuuming up crumbs or wiping out the consul. I don't understand. My car is small (equinox) and only I drive it. So it's not dirty but I may drop crumbs in tiny places. The wash detail often needs to give the front of my car extra attention (to bugs) and I almost always have to drive back through. So on this visit I went through the carwash and bay detail twice. So thankfully I wasn't in a rush. However! They were more than willing to do a great job with their positive, upbeat attitudes. I wish I got their names but the gentleman who met me at the entrance and the gentleman in charge of detail were SO nice. They're kids and still learning in life, so you need to be patient and kind with them. But I did speak up so next time they'll pay closer attention. I was in the area shopping this week and decided to give the interior cleaning a try. We're already unlimited members so it was only $15 for the visit to add on the interior clean. I was blown away by the quality of the clean given how fast it was. The team was very professional and efficient. I was also impressed with how clean and organized the interior section was. I've seen many other detail shops that look like a tornado went through it! I really liked the fact that I didn't have to hand over my keys for someone else to drive my car through the wash and into the interior section. We've been to two of the main exterior/interior competitors in the area, and Crew by far blew their service and quality out of the water! I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. I have the unlimited wash and I always wanted interior clean. I was so happy this place opened. I don't really ever feel I need a car detailed, its to expensive. This does the job to clean your car from that one random french fry and all the trash you don't remember how it got there. They did a great GREAT job. They have a huge team of lots of workers. AND ITS DONE QUICKLY. I think this was a great idea and love it. They do offer a no pressure tip box for cash and also have a set up for using your debit/credit for the tip. Since it's team tipping, so you are not tipping just one person as a team cleaned your car. All staff were friendly and well supervised and professional. I have had several fleet vehicles for several years with Crew Car Wash (formerly Mike's). They normally do a pretty decent job on the exterior. Every four-five washes I'll have to go through a second time. In their defense, they will let you keep going through until it's right. Today I tried the interior wash that was supposed to take ten minutes. It took 35 minutes, inclusive of the waiting line. I was less than impressed with the results. Photos from after the interior clean are attached. There were several kids working on it But a couple of them looked catatonic and unhappy with life. They are the culprits for the resulting photos. Maybe they need to get back to basics and teach the kids how to smile and work hard. They used to do that. I agree that it can be challenging with some kids these days. Not the wash it used to be I've had two fast passes for quite some time. When the carwash was a single entity - Mike's, I could run a vehicle through once and count on all the dirt, bugs, brake dust, etc., to be washed away. It's not that way anymore. I've noticed over the past few months, the quality of the washes has gone down. I'm writing my review for this location as it's the one I primarily use. However, other locations have the same issues. The last three times I've gone through the wash, I've still had bugs, and wheel dust. Note the bugs were not baked on or left on the paint for an extended period. They should have been gone. On one of my visits, I even went back through a second time and let the attendant know what was going on. Even after a second wash, bugs remained. I submitted feedback on the Crew website asking for a call back regarding the quality of washes and never received any communication. I just called to cancel both fast passes. While the agent was friendly, she never asked me why I was cancelling two washes. Let's just say Crew Carwash is not the Mike's of yesteryear. Woohoo! We stopped in today to get a carwash and this location was piloting its new interior cleaning service... for free! "It was like Christmas come early," said my wife. The new interior cleaning takes place in another drive through building once you get through the exterior car wash. The Crew crew cleaned everything. They wiped down all interior windows, vacuumed every floor space, seat and cupholder. They took all of the floor mats out for cleaning and even include storage bins for all the stuff we had in the trunk of our van. In all, the service takes about 10 minutes. Once up and running, the interior service will be an additional $20 from the car wash. Maybe not an additional fee we'll use every time, but for those willing to pay for car cleaning, Crew does an excellent job. They even provide a coffee bar while you wait. Everyone working there today was super friendly and knowledgeable about all of the services Crew offers. read more

Very disappointed with the interior cleaning. For $20, you shouldn't have to walk around and tell them all the spots they missed. Driver's seat had visible salt from the winter still on it, and the door frames weren't wiped down at all. Made the mistake of not rolling the seats forward there, so I found out when I got home that they hadn't vacuumed under the seats. Today though I could not get the interior done which was a bummer but it was fine. However the windows look worse than when I took it through the car wash today. The crew made it really easy and did a very nice job, but there was a decent wait when I arrived (35 minutes or so) so I had to come back a little later. Really dissatisfied with this location. The staff is always friendly, Quality is standard to what you get with any crew location, but it has been under construction for months. I also found out they are completely removing the option to vacuum your own interior or dry your car after leaving the car wash. I have a black vehicle that requires me to get out and dry off the remaining water if I don't want water spots all over my car and I no longer have the capability of doing it here. I use the automatic for my Volvo everyday driver and the self serve bay for my Porsche convertible. Both options are great! If you aren't happy, they will let you go back through a second time. I've been going to Crew (formerly Mike's) for several years, and I've never had an issue! I always check the Valpak coupons in the mail for that one for Crew! I rarely pay full price for a wash so be sure to check those. It gets my wheels super clean and shiny which I think makes a huge difference in the appearance! I always get the Works because it's a good total wash. The ultimate is nice, but I think the fast wax and tire shine are optional. Tire shine is nice in the spring/summer when you want that extra bling. read more
