She's been waiting to see them for a month and she called today to tell them that she was going to be a couple minutes late. They are making her wait another month to see them. The appointments I have been to only gave my wife 5-8 minutes of face time. There is no reason they needed cancel her appointment completely and make her wait a month to see them again. This is an unacceptable way to run a practice. She is a stay-at-home Mom so her condition makes it extremely difficult for her to do basic things like change diapers.
