She knew exactly what was going on but left it to her MA to speak to me. Disappointed doesn't explain it. Please be mindful of coming here if you want to feel "seen" and cared for.

She's been waiting to see them for a month and she called today to tell them that she was going to be a couple minutes late. They are making her wait another month to see them. The appointments I have been to only gave my wife 5-8 minutes of face time. There is no reason they needed cancel her appointment completely and make her wait a month to see them again. This is an unacceptable way to run a practice. She is a stay-at-home Mom so her condition makes it extremely difficult for her to do basic things like change diapers. The psychiatry department has in the four or five years that I've been seeing them three times. Only the first one has had a chance to get to know me or asked anything about me. It is like pulling teeth to try to get a hold of Jodie Truillo ! One time I made an appointment a few days after I've already had one because she says to call if I ever need her so I did it the right way I made an appointment. She did this weird appointment where she talked to her nerves and had her nurse talked to me. We were going through someone else because I guess I was being inconvenient by making an appointment. It wasn't a main appointment. It was just I needed to talk to her about a new medicine I was on. Now I her for something so tiny and simple and she just can't be bothered cannot be bothered. Her nurses are this hospital are amazing and I've always treated me well, but I cannot be more disappointed in the psychiatry department and I'm seeking out new mental health because I have bipolar disorder and had two major surgeries and I just can't do anymore. I put up with a lot. I'm feeling un cared for and telehealth always cuts out before you're done. How is that complete ? She's a psychiatric nurse and a psychiatric patient. Obviously I have psychiatric issues and she's the only disappointment I've ever had there and upset that I had to get on here and let other people know for their own mental health. It is affordable because they payment plans so a lot of people go see this psychiatric department. I would just recommend not asking for Jodie to see if you can see someone else, but I think they just assigned you people so you don't even really have a choice.
