The reason I say this is because when I was initially referred to his office, his staff honestly advised me to complete my dental work (braces) first before even considering the Crown Lengthening procedure. If his staff did not care about the final outcome and satisfaction of his patients, I believe that I would have been persuaded into having the procedure done right away. There are a few ways that make his way of practicing unique that I really appreciate. One way is that his staff greeted me by first name, with a genuine smile, and pronounced my name correctly each and every time. I know this took great effort and it made our relationship feel a bit more personal instead of doctor and patient and making me feel like a number. Another way is that Dr. Morales' staff always addressed my concerns and/or made sure to communicate them to him. I never left his office feeling unsure about something he or his staff explained to me despite the many questions/concerns that I had. Lastly, his personality is unique in that he is personable and easy to talk to. This really helped because like many patients, initially, I was anxious about being in his office and not sure of his communication style despite being confident in his work. The process was very streamlined and any changes were communicated well in advance. In addition, he was very flexible with my schedule, very accommodating, and took great pride in his work. I believe that all of the aforementioned things added much value to the service that he provided. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would recommend his services to others. Should the opportunity arise, I would use his services again.

The hygienists have all been replaced and the good ones left are leaving left and right. The hygienist I saw 6 months ago is no longer there, what does that say? Today I had an appointment at 8am, and silly me I had it in my calendar for 8:45. My fault, yes. I'm a busy woman, and made a mistake. I received a call that they are charging my account $50 for a "no show" and that they will no longer provide care to me... Over ONE late appointment! I asked if I'd ever signed a document acknowledging the $50 policy and was told that I hadn't and that the new policy went into effect about a year ago. They are sending a final bill and refuse to provide my medical records to another office until the balance is paid. This doesn't seem legal yet alone I'm shocked that this is how they treat their patients. I'm just at a loss for words and respect for this practice and the new doctors that are running it into the ground. The previous doctor was incredible and so kind. This is so unfortunate. Off to find a new dentist and you should too! Don't get caught off guard like I did.

Months later, a new orthodontist started, and they removed her braces but failed to properly clean the glue off her teeth, requiring them to be shaved down. Then, they scheduled a fitting for her retainers and told us the earliest available appointment was two months away. I had to complain, knowing her teeth would shift during that time. Eventually, they agreed to call us when the retainers came in and just hand them to us. Within a couple of months, the retainers ripped, and later, our dog got ahold of them. We had been assured that if anything happened within the first year, they'd replace them for free as long as we had the pieces. I kept the pieces and scheduled an appointment. But on the day of the appointment, they called to tell me it would cost $450 to replace the top retainer. When I reminded them of what we were told, they said I needed to provide documentation. They should have had this in their records, but of course, they didn't. I found another review stating the same thing and called them back, only to be asked where I saw the review. They offered to do half the price instead. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was out of the office. When I requested the corporate number, they gave me a false one. I never received a callback. I've already spent so much on braces and received terrible service. I refuse to give them another dollar. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere--this place is a complete joke.

Doctor did not prescribe enough pain medication to make it through the weekend and was not available to provide a prescription refill so I had to deal with the post-op pain 'til following Monday. All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. After leaving from a tooth extraction I was unexpectedly given a "gift from the tooth fairy" which included a custom thank you card and a gift certificate for a treat.
