Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. He took the time to answer every question, never made me feel rushed, and treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. His precision, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome far exceeded my expectations. The results have been nothing short of amazing. The before-and-after photos I attached were taken just one week apart, and I was blown away by the transformation in such a short time. Knowing that I'll continue to heal over the coming months makes me even more appreciative of Dr. Eslami's expertise. He had to give me the hard news of needing my wisdom teeth removed and also needing to have my cavities filled. He was able to give me a referral to a lovely oral surgeon who took care of my wisdom tooth extraction easily and he took care of all of the cavities. He truly cares about your comfort during the experience as well and uses longer acting topical agents for numbing so your pain doesn't come back as soon as your filling is completed. He explains things well and gives you enough information to make informed decisions. He treats you with a lot of respect as well. The front desk staff is really kind as well and he makes it easy for you to get in for appointments.

She is very…read moreknowledgeable not just about teeth but how your oral health might be affected by or might be affecting other parts of your health. She's very thorough and honest. I had another dentist tell me I had a cavity and Dr. Lueck determined that I in fact did not have a cavity but my filling would need to be replaced to cover the gap between my teeth which would avoid breaking the enamel on my second tooth - something that should be avoided if possible. She also took my breathing problems seriously and gave me an excellent referral to an ENT which has changed my quality of life drastically for the better. She even prepared a report for me to give to the ENT so I could go informed and speaking the same "doctor" language with the issues she saw, which likely saved me time and added clarity to the ENT. I've referred other friends to her who have been equally as satisfied. She is not only highly competent and intelligent, but really great at communicating with patients, which at times it can be hard to find a doctor who does both. This is what health care should look like. So grateful to her and her team.

I also have asked Ultimate Dental for a copy of my X-rays ( I want my dad to see them) and they will not send them to me. Cheryl, my hygienist, and Dr. McDonald and Ashley have been the most amazing team over the last year, in particular as I cracked two teeth as a result of extreme stress. They guided me through a very painful process and made sure my mouth feels and looks perfect at the conclusion of the work. The work performed is of high quality (as are the labs that they use - for crowns, implants, mouth guards). They have stayed on top of technology so imaging is easy, painless and comprehensive, including 3D digital models. They show the utmost care to their patients before, during and after procedures. The staff is friendly but still professional. The work above all else is thorough and exceedingly well executed. My husband has also had good experiences over the years (although he has needed less dental work, thankfully!) but as a family, we are beyond pleased. I couldn't recommend this dentist more highly. There are some cases when work is authorized by insurance at a certain expected amount, but the actual charges are different. I have never had an issue with this, as it's clearly explainable (the procedure had to go a different way, or the insurance covered something at a higher percent). The clinic "banks" any overpayment for us, and we use it for any charges we might accrue going forward. They have offered to reimburse us as well, but with a family that goes to the same dental clinic, keeping the overpayment there simplifies things for my purposes and I appreciate that they are willing to do that. My anxiety is about a 9. Not just from pain etc. Also my teeth are not the best and I feel embarrassed. Instead of judgment or silence. I received understanding and empathy. Through out the procedure, my pain was constantly there first concern. I was given multiple additional shots as they said, it turns out my canine was a "hot" tooth. The chair massaged me and Amber brought me a glass of water and a heated neck wrap. She even brought my wife back, who was waiting in the lobby; while I was getting numb. She was a very proactive and thoughtful assistant. Doctor Cook was a complete professional and her chair side manner was top shelf. This dental office is set apart from the rest and above them all, in it's own league. If you are on the fence and putting off going to the dentist because of anxiety. Take my advice and call them and you will thank them like I did !
