There are only about nine tables, so the place is not very big. We waited a few minutes for a table to be cleared off, which we didn't mind. They serve breakfast all day and the menu is quite solid, especially for being a little roadside eatery that's attached to a dock. It was also pleasantly surprising to see that they had specials for the day, too! The food was hot, tasty, and reasonably priced. All of the staff were super friendly, too! Whether you are experienced or a beginner you will have a great experience. They have guided tours or you can rent the equipment hourly. I chose to take my daughter paddle boarding for $20 per hour. The paddle boards were clean and in excellent condition. The water in the river is fairly calm, especially during the week when most of the boats are docked. This isn't my kind of swimming water (very murky due to all the boats and jellies) but you can definitely hop on/off your board to cool off. You can make a reservation online but walk-ups are welcome. Just fill out the waiver online to move things along quickly. There is a paid parking lot or plenty of street parking.
