Well priced, plus you're also paying for someone to basically keep an eye out in the unlikely event you find yourself in trouble... they are able to zip over via jet-ski. They were easy to deal with during the sales and delivery process, but they really shined post-sale. Like any complex machine, there were a few issues. The issues were relatively minor (the boat is amazing), but the staff at Statewide is top notch. You can speak with an experienced person who will actually be the person working on your boat. I am a persistent, analytical guy, so that's very important to me. They explain what they intend to do very carefully, and deliver what they promise and more. I very highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a boat, or for service on an existing boat.

Paddle Out is great for paddle boarding or kayaking in the Manasquan River, without the hassle or…read morecost of owning your own equipment. Whether you are experienced or a beginner you will have a great experience. They have guided tours or you can rent the equipment hourly. I chose to take my daughter paddle boarding for $20 per hour. The paddle boards were clean and in excellent condition. The water in the river is fairly calm, especially during the week when most of the boats are docked. This isn't my kind of swimming water (very murky due to all the boats and jellies) but you can definitely hop on/off your board to cool off. You can make a reservation online but walk-ups are welcome. Just fill out the waiver online to move things along quickly. There is a paid parking lot or plenty of street parking.

I was put at ease pretty quickly because I saw lots of big and small people alike signing up. The staff was very nice to us (the staff is your ordinary "beachy type" of workers - a little rough around the edges but perfectly nice.) Onto the safety - you get a life jacket (I'm a 3x women's and they had one that fit me which was great). You also get a nice little lesson (5 min) where they explain how jet skis work, where your safety cord is, what to do if you fall off (which happened to my husband...more on this next) and where the buoy markers are that you need to stay near. Into the water - Two employees went out with our group of 6 and they were excellent! 2 out of 6 people fell off the jet skis. One was my husband which worried me, of course. I happened to have a whistle and I started blowing it immediately. I barely blew it once before, Dustin (?) Brandon(?) (cute employee) was already heading over at top speed and helped out, waived me off to let me know everything was fine. Later one other kid fell over the side of his jet ski and the other employee spotted him immediately, zoomed over and got him back on the jet ski without any issue. (The reason a few people fell was mainly because we went out when a storm was brewing, so the water was veryyy choppy). Also - don't be an idiot. Don't make sharp turns if you're new at this. Other notes: It was a little pricey at $160 for 30 min for 2 people (you could share one and pay less, but what fun is that?). You can wear some type of water shoe or secure sandal if you want to, but i went barefoot as did several other people. The place where you put your feet has rubberized grooves. Finally, don't forget to bring a towel! We forgot and drove home wet - not fun. I wouldn't recommend this for kids under 13-14. Overall, a great experience and I will plan to re-visit this place!

I bought this deal off of Groupon which had expired since I…read morebought it in the winter time but the owner still allowed me to accept the voucher and use it at a later time whatever was convenient for me. The owner is Captain Hess, he is extremely accommodating, friendly, experienced and a great sailor!! Capt Hess gives out directions, instructions and words to study before coming to sail just so you have basic knowledge of some key words that are used while sailing. I really walked into this not know what it would be like. Capt Hess walks you through absolutely everything. Some times I would get scared but he was extremely comfortable and would put us at ease because he knew exactly what to do. I learned so much about sailing and I would love to do it again!! We learned so much and really credit sailors because it is a lot of work! A lot of science goes into this, balance, strength and patience. Loved it!! He has water available if you don't have or forget. He also allowed small snacks on board. Don't forget to wear closed shoes and apply sunscreen before your sail! I would recommended everyone to try this!!
