I was told cancellations must be made within 48 hours of picking up your cake, which would have been impossible for me to do considering I placed the order to be picked up the next morning. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't give me a refund, the order hadn't even been placed for 10 minutes. I hadn't even left the parking lot yet when I needed to cancel the order and they still refused a refund and only offered store credit.
