‼FLEAS‼ horrible…read moreplace! i'd give zero starts if possible. everyone that i spoke to there was rude except for the young girl that was at the reception desk. they claimed my dog was aggressive with them when they tried to cut her nails. but the places that i have boarded her in the past and the places that have cut her nails in the past, she has NEVER been aggressive towards. she has never been aggressive with anyone for that matter. she is not an aggressive dog at all. she loves people, so that concerns me greatly. they said she was scared, why was she scared? did y'all give her a reason to be scared? because she's never been scared before at the other 2 places that she's been boarded! she also has been super flinchy ever since she's been home, she has NEVER flinched with me before. I'm worried and concerned for the way that she was treated. I am not saying that they abused her, i just think it's odd how she's randomly acting like it. i dropped her off on saturday and picked her up on sunday, and she is COVERED in fleas. I bathed her the morning before taking her so i know for a fact that she did not have them before. I had to spend $130 on flea supplies for defleaing her and my apartment! I called the place asking for a refund on my $28 (i should have asked for compensation for the flea treatments) but i didn't. the unfriendly lady on the phone refused a refund saying that "I couldn't prove it" this is the ONLY place that my dog has been, and has never had fleas before in her life. it's absolutely the only place she could have gotten them from. I will never return and neither will the other 4 people i know that have used this place.

After the seizure my pup threw up 3 times and his regular vet was closed so I had to google where could I take him. So I read all the reviews for each Veterinary clinic and I chose to use this one. We seen Emerald Barrett, D.V.M her voice was so calming and she educated me on my first pup ever and what could have possibly caused him to have a seizure. After we got home, he had some treats and I opened up his Valentine's Day box from Bark Box and gave him his toys early. He was back to himself. Today, he started back barking and he hadn't barked in over 2 weeks. He isn't a dog that barks much, only when I'm preparing his food he likes to bark at me. So this morning he was back to barking and running through the house. He is feeling much better. I will be using them from now own due to the location and office hours that work with my work schedule. They provided world class customer service to me when I first called, when I brought him in, and as I was leaving. This will be Bear Noodle new home for Boarding and Vet Care. First impressions are forever lasting impressions with me.

Then my husband asked...hey, can you trim her nails? Yes. Can you give her a bath? Sure! Update her shots?? Can you spay her while we are gone???!! Yep! My hubs took her down to the vet and I asked him...Are you sure? (We had heard horrible things from a few folks). We did not have many options at the moment so I asked he let me know how clean it was, etc. It was the BEST choice! The ENTIRE building is spotless, staff is so great and informative. They know their business and sent my 7 lbs. of baby dog home with full recovery information. When I insisted on getting a "cone of shame" I was told "she won't need one". I thought the Doctor was insane and purchased one anyway. I did not need it! I have had many animals and it was a first to have an incision so clean she never touched it. Not once! We are so thrilled that she recovered so fast and comfortable. She had her stitches out and the surgery area is clean and happy. I will recommend this vet practice to anyone I meet...Whoever has heard anything less than perfect, it is simply not the case. This service is outstanding! Thank you again!
