That fish may have been a gift for someone but she refused to retrieve the fish for us. So if you go to Florence AL PetSmart and they ask you what sz aquarium you have I would not tell them or I would tell them it's not their business. I guess I appreciate advise if I asked for it but I did not! If they are now deciding what fish you can buy based on the size of the aquarium I guess you can't buy over weight dogs what ever kind of food you choose and you certainly can't buy a small dog a big dog toy!! ‼FLEAS‼ horrible…read moreplace! i'd give zero starts if possible. everyone that i spoke to there was rude except for the young girl that was at the reception desk. they claimed my dog was aggressive with them when they tried to cut her nails. but the places that i have boarded her in the past and the places that have cut her nails in the past, she has NEVER been aggressive towards. she has never been aggressive with anyone for that matter. she is not an aggressive dog at all. she loves people, so that concerns me greatly. they said she was scared, why was she scared? did y'all give her a reason to be scared? because she's never been scared before at the other 2 places that she's been boarded! she also has been super flinchy ever since she's been home, she has NEVER flinched with me before. I'm worried and concerned for the way that she was treated. I am not saying that they abused her, i just think it's odd how she's randomly acting like it. i dropped her off on saturday and picked her up on sunday, and she is COVERED in fleas. I bathed her the morning before taking her so i know for a fact that she did not have them before. I had to spend $130 on flea supplies for defleaing her and my apartment! I called the place asking for a refund on my $28 (i should have asked for compensation for the flea treatments) but i didn't. the unfriendly lady on the phone refused a refund saying that "I couldn't prove it" this is the ONLY place that my dog has been, and has never had fleas before in her life. it's absolutely the only place she could have gotten them from. I will never return and neither will the other 4 people i know that have used this place.

He and his staff were partners in the care of our canines; never once disappointed in device, advice or technique. Even when it came to his referral to "Michael E. Newman, DVM, MS" for Buddy-Spencer's "Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO)" surgery out-of-town about 60 miles away. Boy, what a week. But with DR. Newman's SKILL and DR. DAN WHITLOW's leadership & stewardship Buddy (@age 9) came out the winner: the perfect outcome. More importantly, I am of the camp that believes that a great veterinarian can bring solace to the family through enlightenment. What I learned from this is each Dr. is adamant that most ordeals with pets can be resolved through diet. This was true and crucial in Buddy's recovery. Bud's life expectancy was 10-12 years. God blessed us with Buddy-Spencer for 15 YRS. with the skill and expertise of Dr. Dan Whitow & staff. Thank you guys for 15 years of care. David B.
