This place is clean and beautiful but not all that glitters is gold. I have absolutely NO complaints about how my hair turned out the handful of times I had a cut and color because Kentley Felton is amazing and the issues I have with this salon had nothing to do with my stylist! I understand that she is no longer working there and I will say I am happy to follow her to a different salon. I absolutely hated that they only had Aveda products! I have very fine hair and I've always felt that Aveda products weigh my hair down and I hate the way they smell. I usually resorted to texting or calling Kentley directly to get an appointment because they rarely answer the phone during business hours. The one time I successfully scheduled my appointment over the phone, they messed up the day and time, thankfully Kentley caught it and worked it out to get me in! (I don't know how they will manage without her!) Another issue I have, is that I purchased a Groupon a week or so ago to get a discounted partial highlight with Kentley. The fine print claimed to be refundable within a certain time frame, if no goods or services had been provided. So when Kentley decided to change salons, I called Sherri's Crowning Glory to cancel my appointment and request a refund. The gentleman assured me that my appointment was cancelled and that I could go through Groupon for a refund. There was no option on the website/app to request a refund and Groupon no longer has a customer service number or email. Kentley so graciously offered to discount my service at her new salon, but I don't feel it is her responsibility to make it right and I don't want to short her for the incredible work she does! Apparently the gentleman didn't cancel my appointment in their system because I received a phone call this Thursday to confirm my appointment. I kindly let the lady know I had called and asked to cancel and my reason why. They have since sent me a text trying to confirm the very appointment I cancelled twice and left a voicemail today explaining that they didn't have time for my (CANCELLED) appointment but to call back and reschedule. NO THANKS! They have done nothing to help me get my money back and obviously lack communication skills. Skip the shit show that is Sherri's Crowning Glory and look Kentley Felton up! read more

I called to set up an appointment to get a spiral perm and everything that was said to me was very vague. I was told that I would get a follow up call the next day to confirm my appointment and I never did. I'm very disappointed because I was really looking forward to changing my hair and getting it done soon (which is what the woman on the phone told me would happen). I will not be calling again to set up another appointment and will just be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I went to see Kentley the day before I gave birth to my daughter because my hair was a horrible golden blonde aka orange box hair color, 4 inches of dark root and at least 2 inches of split ends. It was really that bad and I wanted to feel beautiful when I had my baby! Kentley spent all afternoon on my hair pampering and getting it back to good health! Now it looks great and feels silky smooth! Highly recommend her services! She has a vast knowledge of color and is a true artist! Thank you Kentley! read more

I can't even give a service review because I couldn't get scheduled for one. They have a beautiful online booking service....that apparently only sometimes works. So be sure you call them to schedule and don't rely on their website. I'll just have to hope they have an opening when I'm in town next or I'm out the Groupon money. Pretty aggravating. read more

I would first like to say how AMAZING my stylist was in this salon. I followed Kentley to this salon and the only reason I knew about this place was because of her. The salon itself doesn't give welcoming vibes and Sherri was extremely pushy. It made my family and I very uncomfortable. read more

I actually came here to see Michelle, the professional massage therapist; Her massage parlor is located inside--but separated from--the beauty salon. I purchased an hour session through Groupon. I always do my research before I invest in anything worthy. Every past customer of Michelle's had nothing but wonderful and respectful compliments about her and her services. I booked my appointment and went to my session. She was fabulous and very respectful and knowledgeable. It was the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. I am now a regular customer! Absolutely obsessed with this salon! I recently moved to Fayetteville and desperately needed a new place to go for my hair cuts and styles. I was overjoyed by the staff, atmosphere, and most importantly, my cut. Kentley is the absolute best. She was so knowledgeable about my curls and gave me tips and advice for my hair during the whole session. I was so pleased with my hair that I brought my husband in the very next day for Kentley to cut his hair too. His hair is the best I've seen it! I am so happy that I found my new home for my hair. This place is great! I have been here multiple times for a massage and will now be a regular! Faith has always done my massages and she's great! Insanely knowledgeable about the body and she really pays attention to what I tell her and how my body reacts! My last time we even did a back scrub and it was so great! I was gifted a massage for mother's day, it was supposed to be 60 minutes and a hot stone, Swedish, or deep tissue. When I got there I was informed I would have a different tech which would have been fine but they were late. I assumed she knew what I was there for so I didn't say anything( it was my very first massage) after 30 minutes she said ok you are done so I got up and got dressed. When I showed her what I was supposed to have she apologized and said come in again and we'll do another. We talked and decide I would got a 30 min massage and a 30 min facial. Then they had to cancel and change my appointment. Once again when I got there I was told I would have a different tech and since there was nothing saying what the other tech and I discussed they just gave me another 30 min massage no hot stone, deep tissue or Swedish!! While I was waiting, I have already been asked twice if I wanted a beverage, was given a coupon and was offered a complimentary chair massage. This salon has a great environment. Super nice, beautiful atmosphere, and professional staff. It makes me sad that I can't give a great review. The products are great. When I booked an appointment it was easy. When it came down to actually doing my hair however. The was and deep conditioning was okay but the lady piled on a lot of product. She also didn't really fully straighten my hair but I figured I could touch it up myself later. However, even after touching it up myself it frizzed up after two days and I had so much build up from all the products I had to just wash it out. The stylist checked in with me and when I told her of this issues she tried to blame it on my hair! I've had my hair natural my whole life and done professionally a bunch of times and never had a problem retaining heat or anything along the lines of the problems I had here.I was really disappointed and shocked. For $55 I expected better or for it to at least last more than 3 days! If she had just owned up and admitted she couldn't handle my hair I would have been more understanding and willing to try it out again. read more

I purchased a groupon for a massage to check out the facility. I got a 60 minute Swedish massage with Faith and it was wonderful- probably the best I have had in Fayetteville. The staff was all attentive and courteous. Following my massage while I was waiting to book another appointment I was offered a coupon, told about the upcoming " black friday deals" and offered a second beverage. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great massage. read more
