With all the hoopla on how valuable her time was I was expecting a doctor who was prepared when she came in for my appt. She was totally unprepared!!! She showed up 45 minutes late still carrying her purse and didn't even know my name when she came into the exam room. She had read none of my medical records in preparation. She had no idea where I was there. She preformed a cursory exam and ordered some standard tests (several of which I had already had, but she hadn't prepared for the appointment so she didn't have any clue what needed to be ordered). Her staff failed to send the right orders for imaging until I had called 3 times. I had to call and email repeatedly to get even basic information back. It has been 8 months since I was referred to Schlatter and I still have next to no information about what is going on. She won't post my test results and insists that the next available appointment is more than six months out. Complete trash at this location. There are several neurologists in Fairfield, Santa Rosa and other areas which can see a patient and who prepare for appointments.
