This is my first time eating Czech food so I don't know what to expect. I walked by several restaurants and the 2 items that I saw posted on the menu boards most often are roasted pork ribs and roasted pork knee. I love pork so I had to give it a try.
I decided to try the roasted pork knee. It was roasted well and the meat was very tender although it was quite fatty. You can easily split the meal with another person. I am not sure if seasonings other than salt and pepper should be added, but since I'm used to heavily spiced food, I felt that the taste was too bland for me. The mustard and the horseradish that were served along with the pork added a nice touch to it though.
My son and my mother-in-law shared a cheese pizza and they enjoyed that. My husband ordered the roasted pork ribs and they were cooked and served in the same manner as the pork knee.
Service was okay. read more
