The most experienced and educated and nicest staff. When my gingerbread porch would mold every year in south Florida humidity they recommended a simple mold preventative liquid to add to the paint. Paint lasted for years without this problem. I had an antique iron bed. Home Depot recommended their products for metal primer and paint. After a year paint would Scrap off with a fingernail. The paint store employees recommended a metal primer and paint. Super hard finish that is permanent. Just two examples. Besides, Benjamin Moore has the best paint colors and the paint we used in our home 30 years ago looks as beautiful today as it did then.

During the process, Zach Steele, mentioned a maintenance package that not only covered the lanai lights but lights on our property as well which we agreed to. During the recent/first maintenance visit, the timer was not re-set correctly and the lights were on all night. This resulted in phone calls to the company but the piece' de resistance was a return phone call to my husband from owner, Jeff Steele. In all of my years, I have not overheard such rude and unprofessional comments from an owner basically belittling innuendoes accusing us of taking advantage of a situation, being dishonest, etc. I have years of experience in dealing with many businesses and "best practices" as Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Not only was the owner way out of line but reneged on the maintenance agreement saying that they do not service lights that they didn't install, all this after the fact. In looking at some of the other reviews, I am in agreement with Han Smelker, who echoed the same sentiments indicating that the owner called him a liar as well. Behavior like this does not behoove one's business and will ultimately be reflective of such.

I ordered 2000 feet of 1.5 inch irrigation PVC to be delivered to my farm 14 miles away and after paying for it while waiting for delivery the next day, I was told that they wouldn't be working or delivering in 55° weather with light rain. At 1 PM, they called me asking if they could deliver, but since I didn't have my help here, we rescheduled for the next morning, once again could not deliver in 50° weather with sprinkling rain. I understand that's a little chilly for Florida, but for an industry that supplies outdoor infrastructure this is just silly. the owner had an awful attitude and refused to give me a time window when I could expect my delivery, told me I could come pick it up myself if I needed it so bad, and when I asked him why he felt the need to keep arguing with me about why they couldn't give me a reasonable delivery window he told me "oh I will argue with anyone" and then continue to dismiss me without letting me know when I should be expecting my products This volume of supplies requires that I have extra hands at my business to help me manage the unloading process, this is business as usual, and should be treated as such.
