It was really amazing. I wanted to make a purchase but really couldn't find anything I needed. It didn't matter. They were just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard's for those hard to find things the big box stores don't carry. Very professional and knowledgeable, and thank goodness for that because I was about to purchase the wrong paint had I not walked into this location. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but the prices could not be beat. I was absolutely amazed because it's not what I would expect as far as service these days, not only were they efficient and professional but they even loaded my materials into my vehicle for me. Very narrow aisles, but they are densely packed with all the tools, bits, bobs, paint, mailboxes, and other stuff you need for your home and your office and anything else where you might want to hit a hammer into a nail. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. As I mentioned, it's a small shop. Only 8000 square feet, which is dwarfed by the much larger and higher shelved) Home Depot that is usually around 100,000 square feet. But don't let that put you off. These folks know their stuff!

The staff was friendly with greetings upon arrival and asked if I needed any help.
