The younger lady handle it really well and asked to be done . If the tall lady was a manager I feel sorry for the workers . She basically told the younger gal that she wasn't a person but a dog that she is telling to sit.. after seeing that I left . I asked for a manager at front desk but was told the store manager was not in that day... Poor hostile degrading management no one should talk to employees that way. The employee value is sad

I work in a big senior living community. I had brand new flooring installed from Sherwin-Williams…read more I went to go inspect the apartment. It had a big stain in the center along with a big seam very noticeable. So Jason the sales representative comes in with Raul an assistant manager. They both had the rudest attitudes they did not want to replace the carpet. They just wanted to shampoo it. I told him the installer had already done that. The stain was not coming out. Well here is big bad Sales rep Jason talking " well hey Lucas I need you to take that cable off of the wall so they can come and replace the carpet " Well Jason I shouldn't have had to take the cable off cause this was a Sherwin-Williams screw up not mine. I would never recommend Sherwin-Williams to nobody of course they are going to be nice to you when you are shopping but if they mess up...... Big bad hot shot Jason and Raul will be the rudest people towards you you will ever meet. This isn't my first bad experience with them. Now let me tell you about Kevin he tried bribing me with a 12 pack of beer so that I would go touch up my freshly painted walls after the installers beat them up. Really Sherwin-Williams???
