I approached the bar where they notified me that I was intoxicated (after maybe 1 full drink total) and that I had to leave. They were calling the police on me. Police showed up, I stepped outside, they confirmed I was not intoxicated but the bar made off with our drinks as well as a hefty tip to which we could not change. Of course, with any mall, there are some winners and losers but overall I really enjoyed walking around this open mall and finding a bunch of awesome places. In my three weeks I spent in the Tri-Cities - I frequented Uptown four different times because as my friends would come visit I had to show them how cool this place is. The third party manager is "never available" to address the illequipt and poorly trained pharmacy staff. PHARMACISTS ARE STILL TELLING VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT THEY MUST PAY 100% OUT OF POCKET. Ignorance and a complete lack of proper supervision is costing local Veterans hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a month in unnecessary out of pocket fees, being fraudulently charged by a mysterious third party pharmacy hiding in the shadows.
