At that time it was determined the linen closet door was an "in swing" rather than an "out swing". The store was made aware of this, by the installer, on February 26. My salesperson was also made aware. As of April 26th, I still do not have the door. I have spoken to several people including the store manager and assistant manager as well as the installation company; I am so frustrated at this point. This was a very large and expensive purchase and I should not have been the one running after people to get this problem solved. My salesperson was aware of this issue from the get go and should have been on this every single day until the issue was resolved. I will never make another purchase from Lowe's again.
