My husband is a professional interior/exterior home beautification specialist(owns a remodeling company lol) He usually works in Atlanta and has almost 20 years in the business. So, we were remodeling our own home and painting every room. I picked nice, sophisticated colors(dusky orange, a few roses, warm cream leaning to yellow, smokey blues, and a Savannah mist green) and they managed to get every single one dead wrong. I got Salmon instead of orange, pink instead of rose, canary yellow instead of cream, sky blue instead of smokey blue and sea foam green instead of Savannah Mist. Basically, we got crayola crayon colors instead of the sophistication and subtlety we wanted. And no, I'm not exaggerating. Now, my husband is used to this kind of thing happening, so he just took the paint back up there so they could shoot some extra colorant in and fix them--no big deal, right? They do it all the time on the job. Apparently not at this SW. The employees(mainly one young woman) immediately started denying anything to do with it like he was seeking to blame someone or something--he wasn't, he's really level headed and kind. Anyways, they couldn't figure out how to fix them. He had to take the Sherwill paint to a Porter store in Athens. When they took a look at the formulas and said they were all wrong. The Master bedroom color was salmon instead of dusky orange b/c there should have been some green in the formula and there was none. Not a single bit. The rest of the colors had a similar story. They fixed them as best they could without risking messing them up completely; for free, without a fuss. My bedroom is still salmon, as far as I am concerned, but it's better than it was when we got it. Lucky for me, I have hated the color salmon since I was a little girl. I've been living with that color a year now and I can't take it anymore. lol The blues and greens were for the kids' rooms, so they'll stay. Everything else is being redone. I know what it is to deal with a homeowner, and I know sometimes paint looks different on a wall than it does in the color chart, but this was not that. This was. . . incompetence and denial of responsibility on the part of the employees. I hate having to leave bad reviews, but I felt the need to warn people. Cheers!

They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. Unfortunately- he didn't have the paint so he called this location and they said they had it. When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.
