The employees even helped us load it into our van, it was a perfect fit. We had a chance to talk to them a bit and they have a lot of great inventory and deals, with new stock coming in frequently. If something is damaged the price reflects it, and they always note it on the tag. I was impressed with the quality and solid build of the furniture, no plywood particle board here. I am so happy with my new desk and will definitely return in the future for more well-made furniture! They also have bedding, mattresses, and some clothing racks if interested. (I ordered a Serta Medium) The owner Rick wanted to upcharge me $360 additional to get what I originally ordered. That's a bait and switch. You order something in the store and they deliver what they want and the finance company was only interested in a payment NOT, that I never received my mattress. I emailed the cooperate office and they suggested I call the owner back. I called back and this guy wanted more money to bring my mattress. He's taking advantage of Gwinnett residents and should be stopped. I've filed charges against him and the store!! FRAUDS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I was told that the GE oven was the one that had those options, so it was ordered. After I tried to cook something on the cook top, with no luck, I found out that this cook top was a induction top. NO ONE at that store told me anything about this cook top, nor was it explained. I figured all that out on my own. I called to get them to take it back, because I was within 30 days of buying this oven. I was told that I had 3 days to return it and I should have read that on the delivery paper that I signed when it was delivered. I NEVER SIGNED ANY PAPER!! They said I did but when I asked them to get me a copy of where I signed, they could never find it. So it kind of seems to me that they are being a bit deceptive here with that. So now I have a stove and half of my pots and pans dont work. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT YOUR BUYING. I contacted GE to see if there was anything they could do. They could not believe that they wouldn't take it back. They are only worried about turning a fast buck and nothing about customer satisfaction.

Some things may seem on-par with IKEA and some things seem better built. Compared to a furniture store like Ashley, I would say there are more options and most things are placed in the same place so you're not having to walk an entire store specifically to find beds/couches, since other stores tend to create "put-together" collections. Service is attentive for sure and there's very little pressure probably because this Living Spaces store is still so new. I'm definitely anticipating the other Living Spaces location opening in Dunwoody since it'll be closer. It'll be interesting to see if it's as good as this location.

A lot of nice decor for your home or office. Long lines but moving quickly. Social distancing is strictly enforced. Staff is required to wear masks and gloves. After highlighting my wonderful experience with the other company on Facebook, I received a message from Miller inquiring as to whether or not I still needed a mattress and bed. I'd told him that I had since been taken care of by another company, to which he began inquiring as to who that person was and when I told him, he left me a very rude message that I still have in my phone, then promptly BLOCKED me. If I were ever going to do business with Mattress By Appointment, Miller just canceled that.
