I don't know what has gone wrong in his life that he has to be this bitter and disgusting but you guys need to find a new role for him that does not involve customer service. I simply wanted to get a price change due to a different Walmart location having an item at $25 that this location has at $28, a $3 difference! He proceeded to cut me off mid conversation and was escalating the situation rather than just being a nice human being. Over the past few years, I have shopped at this particular Sherwin-Williams store in Ross Township many times. I have most frequently bought their interior SuperPaint and Emerald paints, and I have occasionally bought their exterior paints and supplies. For my most recent purchase, I ordered two gallons of paint through the Sherwin-Williams website. The regular prices for the paint were expensive, but Sherwin-Williams was having a sale for 30%-off. Later that day, a store employee emailed me that my paint was ready for pickup. When I went to the store to pick up my paint, an employee immediately greeted me. She looked for my order in the computer, and she found my cans of paint on back shelves. She handed me my receipt and thanked me. I think that Sherwin-Williams paint is easy to apply to my drywall and wooden trim and that it provides good coverage. Many top interior designers highly recommend Sherwin-Williams paint colors, and I have enjoyed several of the paint colors in my house. I greatly appreciate that this store is open until 6 PM from Monday through Friday, and they are open also on Saturdays and Sundays.

McCormick Hardware, a mouthful of a name to say the least, caught my attention. I was in dire need to buy the perfect extension cord to power my electric toilet paper dispenser for outside, which screamed my name in the aisle like Mr. Turner calling out Dinkleberg. The staff is very knowledgeable and told me great things about the extension cord I purchased, so I'll be back to buy 17 more once I build more outhouses. I may even have them build my house.

I have shopped over the years at several HF locations including even in other states. I have never gotten the level of Customer Service I received the other day at this Store just off the Parkway East. I have consistently had a good experience at this store in recent years, but in buying a rolling tool cart the other day it was exceptional. Key Points: Freindly, helpfull, respectful and they were not trying to sell or upsell you or blow smoke, if they didn't know, they didn't know.(mostly overheard when other customers were asking questions) I wish other retailers had customer care even close to what I got this weekend at Harbor Freight. TOOLS: it would seem in the last couple of years or so Harbor Freight has upped their game as far as overall tool/product quality is as well. The 5 drawer tool cart I got was a fantastic deal and actually a better unit than others I consider at up to twice the price. (or more) You still have to be a bit careful about what you buy tool wise and some are still hardly worth bringing home but recently they have tools on par with Craftsman, Stanely or similar DIYer grade tools and even some that might compare to professional grade brands. I bought a bar hand held jack hammer and bits. The store was not crowded and the cashiers where very nice. I used the tool already a few times and it works great. I can not vouch for there other brands and tools but the bauer jack hammer is great. I like the Harbor Freight stores as the prices are really good and seem to do the job just fine. We now we have new neighbors who have trashed the outside front of the house. The Panzas however ddon't care who they rent out to as long as they get their money. There's a reason I put up that Green fence under my steps, to block out the trash from the neighbors, plus look at the leaves. Panzas should be here taking care of this but they are pieces of shit. Oh and also one of their TriAxle Trucks came flying down this road and on purpose (never slowed down) ran over a Female Mallard Duck, ripping off one of its right leg and breaking her right wing. I had to go find her and get the game comission involved. I had the duck in my arm and that same driver came by and waved with a big smile on his face oh and I also have video of one of their drivers looking down at his phone while going past my house. These Panzas are garbage. End of.
