Love that you can check online to see what's in stock and what aisle the merchandise is located in. We would have opted for store pickup, but we wanted to pick out our own boards. I'm glad we did because this late in the season left many curved and split boards that we wouldn't have been happy with. This store was clean and had plenty of employees available for questions. When she asked what I "wanted" I replied, "as a customer, to be treated with more respect." When I mentioned that I have been a customer for years and used to love shopping there, she just kept asking me what I "wanted."
