She was rude, abrasive, and just downright mean. Not someone who belongs in customer service. Because of this, I have been visiting the store on Cliff Rd. I recently found myself without some supplies and needed to make a quick trip as this is my closest store. To my delight, Liz was at the front counter eager and ready to assist me.
