This store is a one of a kind in the USA but they have another in Germany. Lots of wonderful smokers, clocks, etc. The craftsmanship is top notch. I was also told that while they could not hold the item overnight, it would be fine as long as I arrived before closing to pick it up. I arrived approximately five minutes before closing, but was told they could not assist me because they were closing and were unable to pull the item. I was informed I would need to return the next day at 8:00 a.m. due to safety policies preventing service after closing. However, I then observed another customer being helped and checked out after closing, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I made the effort to confirm availability and arrive before closing as discussed, but received no assistance or resolution.
