For starters the place is really dark inside, I don't know if they just need brighter light bulbs or what but its so dimly lit it's not very inviting, it's also dead silent, no music and it pretty much remains silent unless you are standing 12" away from someone and initiate a conversation or ask a question. I've walked directly up to people working at the store---at the paint counter, the back counter and the cash registers and they just look at you in silence until you ask a question. The paint counter is frustrating, they don't seem to have much information to offer when you ask questions and they're usually busy on their phones or computers. When I've asked questions regarding paint products I've been told on several occasions "I don't know".....end of story, no one offers to find out or ask someone who might know more. It's not an enjoyable place to shop. I prefer supporting smaller stores rather than heading to Home Depot but now I just find myself trekking to a True Value further away so I don't have to patronize this one. I'd love to support this store if they seemed like they were interested in getting our business but it doesn't seem that way.

The cashier took a moment to ask if we were doing ok. It was thoughtful of her and I appreciated the good customer service. We carefully walked through the whole store and there wasn't a table that we didn't like. If you are looking to think outside the box for a gift, this is definitely a location that you need to visit.

I took the can back to the store where it was purchased and the store confirmed it was interior paint. Bernardo told me that they poured out the paint that was in this can and poured in exterior paint. What reputable company would do that? I'm left with interior paint on an outside porch and it's already peeling. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE!

They want half upfront, 25% at template, Remaining 25% at install..........ok, hesitated a bit because they wouldn't put a time limit in contract. so, technically they could keep 50-75% ad infinitum without doing a thing....."trust us", well ok, because I did trust Angela. But then the kicker. The contract stated ALL STONE SOLD "AS IS'. Angela said well, that is because it is outside and something could happen to it. Right, so they would install scratched or chipped or unfinished or dropped piece and too bad, so sad for me. I did not sign it.
