During a recent visit, Faith made an unsolicited and inappropriate comment about my appearance to my partner while he was checking out. She told him that he should tell me to "put on clothes because it's not cute... along with some other derogatory comments..." This comment was unprofessional, judgmental, and completely unrelated to the transaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Regardless of personal opinions, employees should not make disparaging remarks about customers or discuss them negatively with others. I found the comment offensive and inappropriate for a customer-facing employee representing a family-oriented company. I believe this matter should be reviewed by management, as this type of behavior creates an unwelcoming environment for customers.

I was under the impression that it would be more expensive but I was tired of wasting money buying the wrong ones. The lady who helped me I believe her name was Sophia, she did awesome. Not only did she find the right color almost immediately she picked something that was right in price range. She did not show me something that was way to expensive or offensively cheap. I also asked her to help me pick a powder or a bronzer, which she did. Those too were right in price range. I couldn't be happier with my new makeup and I will be going back again for sure!
