People are lazy at this location. They do everything possible to avoid helping. The one on i-10 is further but the service is 100x better.

Managers never know who to hire at this place. Low enthusiasm and no thought what's so ever for the painters needing to get moving asap.

I stopped in to get a paint. I waited the lazy ass employee went to go sit down and then the other employee goes and tells him hey are you gonna take care of him he said oh yeah we don't have it in stock. He could've easily walked over and told me they didn't have in stock but instead he decide to go sit down and make me wait for no reason. read more

My husband and I went in to get paint and goodness they guy "helping" us was so rude, like we were wasting his time. I'm actually glad this store didn't have what we needed because after the eye roll I was over it. 10/10 will NEVER be back at this location. read more

I am so disappointed with Sherwin-Williams. This store is no help. The associate didn't help the customer at all. The previous owner used SW for my new house but some cabinets were painted so I wanted to buy the same paint to match. However, i am not sure which paint can is the correct one. I brought a can (I think it is) to this store and asked the man to make sure the paint matches the color on the pain. He told me he went by the label on the paint unless I bring in a sample so he can match it. I told him to open the can to see if there was some paint left but he hesitated to open it and said it maybe dry inside after he shook the can. I was so unhappy because he didn't try to open it and get the sample or if he was smarter he could cut the label outside of the can which has a lot of dry paint sticking on it. He didn't offer to do anything more. Common you need to retrain your employee. I don't want to pay 84 dollars for a gallon of can that I can't use it. My first impression with SW was bad. I will go back to PPG paint gave a better service with a better price even the paint is a little off. Never go back Sw. read more

They gave me the wrong paint and didn't put the lid on it so there was a huge mess. Very incompetent

I'm a painting contractor, a couple of weeks ago I needed some paint to be mixed (a gallon to be exact) so I called the store and asked if I could get them to mix the gallon for me that I was on my way to pick it up (keep in mind that most stores will ask for your account info and have it ready for you) but the manager very rudely said that he wasn't going to mix my paint until I got to the store so I asked if this was a new policy that they where following because I've called many stores to have my paint ready and they always do and he says that it wasn't a policy that he was choosing to do this for himself. So I drive to the store and the manager is there and so I ask him once again about this new rule he is following and he just says yeah this is what I'm doing at my store, which is fine it's no problem I understand why but the hostility he was showing towards me was not necessary. So I ask if I can have his sales rep names and he once again rudely talks to me and in a confrontational way reply's "why what's up?". Never have I ever been disrespected at ANY Sherwin Williams until this day which is why I'm asking to please stay out of this Sherwin until this manager is out or something is done because as a leader he really is just failing at doing his job and this location is losing customers because of it. read more

Great store with a great knowledge base of products by the representatives. However it is quite a bit smaller then other store that I have visited which therefore cuts out the variety of products that they have at this location. Overall a good store. read more
