Products were once processed and shipped with urgency, now we don't see updates for several business days. I've heard some don't receive their tracking information for weeks. Customer service is extremely slow. You may wait a week, if at all, to get an email response. Usually only if you stay consistent and email repeatedly. I'll always love their products, but over the years the personal connection has become almost nonexistent. They will flood you with daily emails, but rarely give attention to customer questions or concerns. It feels like a lot of take/greed, with a sense of annoyance when it comes to connection. Even the email vibe has changed. What was once incredibly welcoming, now feels very disconnected. Even the consultants I've spoken with that I encouraged to sign up years ago when they were looking for extra income have said they've stepped down- they said it's changed too much and they've lost clients due to unreliability, and it isn't worth it to them anymore. It's always disheartening when companies switch from hearts to pockets. Expect to wait 2 weeks to 2 months to receive an order, with no communication along the way. Even the products have lost some of their intensity that made them stand out above the rest. Hopefully someone steps up to bring the heart back into the company, and give it that feel that it had when it seemed to be ran with care. I poured so much into trying to help the company grow years ago when I discovered it, only to see everyone pull away from it over the last year or so. Whatever changed, I hope it can be restored. Maybe the 2020-2022 years that impacted so many people character took a toll in the company too. I pray you can get it back and reorganize to get the core goodness back.

It is not overly cluttered as one might expect. They have every color offered by Annie Sloan in stock and painted on something in the store. In fact, they have each color painted on wood with different wax finishes. Right before I was leaving (already kept them 20 minutes past closing), Renee an off the clock employee began to give me some great pointers.
