The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. You walk in thinking, "This will be quick," but the center aisles are PACKED with random bins, towering displays, and enough seasonal decor to stock Santa's workshop. Need to push a cart? Good luck! It's like playing a game of Tetris, except your cart doesn't fit anywhere, and the stakes are higher because you're carrying sharp tools and a 10-foot PVC pipe. I don't know if Home Depot is trying to sell me lumber or trap me in a maze of impulse-buy power tools, but either way, I end up leaving with bruised shins, a side of frustration, and three things I didn't need. On the bright side, the staff is usually helpful once you escape the aisle of chaos, and they have almost everything you could ever need--if you can reach it without knocking over a pallet of shop vacs.
