They truly understand how to help, make recommendations and ask the right questions to lead you in the right direction. Although I experienced just fine, nice people at other locations, this group of staff are absolute experts and I felt confident walking out that I had the right products. SW will always get my money moving forward thanks to the store manager and Declan (sorry if I misspelled). Lastly, they have awesome sales, don't be afraid of the price. I called ahead of time to see about ordering a gallon of paint and he was very friendly and patient with me over the phone and gave me a time quote when it'd be ready. He had the paint waiting for me when I arrived and greeted me with a warm smile and friendly tone. After giving me my new paint. I asked if he would mind taking a look at my old can of paint to see if it was good or had gone bad. He not only inspected, but stirred it up for me and gave me a smaller can to place the old paint in. He took the time and went above and beyond.
