They truly understand how to help, make recommendations and ask the right questions to lead you in the right direction. Although I experienced just fine, nice people at other locations, this group of staff are absolute experts and I felt confident walking out that I had the right products. SW will always get my money moving forward thanks to the store manager and Declan (sorry if I misspelled). Lastly, they have awesome sales, don't be afraid of the price. I called ahead of time to see about ordering a gallon of paint and he was very friendly and patient with me over the phone and gave me a time quote when it'd be ready. He had the paint waiting for me when I arrived and greeted me with a warm smile and friendly tone. After giving me my new paint. I asked if he would mind taking a look at my old can of paint to see if it was good or had gone bad. He not only inspected, but stirred it up for me and gave me a smaller can to place the old paint in. He took the time and went above and beyond. This is a REAL HARDWARE STORE. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had and the cleanliness of the store. The employees were nice and helpful. This is the kind of place I remember going to with my Dad back in the Carolinas when I was growing up. They have lots of bbq supplies , sauces , rubs , and of course bbqs like Traeger and Big Green Egg. They occasionally have cookouts for special occasions like 4th of July and such and of course I've missed everyone. They have a small Traeger that I may end up going back to buy. Also lots of tools and gardening equipment to include shovels and tree trimmers. Lots of bird feeders , it's just nice to see the selection they have here.
