His partner Marcus, was a sweet heart too! Very friendly! I fell in love with these guys and I can't thank them enough or recommend this place over Home Depot or Lowe's enough. (By the way, my mest yo color came from a color match I tried to do at Home Depot, which was so way off I didn't feel comfortable going back to try and correct). However my son texted me and said for 2 gallons it was $151!!!! WHAT???? I told him no and I will go to Home Depot or Walmart because they won't rob you for your money. Before he left the store he told the rep that I didn't want that. My son said that the guy started making it before he even told him to make it. I guess he felt obligated. Anyway the guy says I need to call my boss. The boss says no that we have to take it????? They can still sell that paint. He didn't even leave the store. I will tell everyone of my family and friends never to go there and I will post on every review platform possible. Horrible customer service!!! The receipt says can refund with receipt! Should be honored especially if the customer hasn't left the store!

I immediately replied that I really didn't know what else they wanted me to say. As expected I never received a response to that email. It seems their on line customer service is as dismal as the in store experience. Can we drop to a half a star?
