I went in today to purchase a sample of the color I needed, but I needed flat finish and samples only come in eggshell. No worries, they mixed up a quart of Benjamin Moore Mink for me, which was probably better as I'd likely go through the sample size pretty quickly. The service was great and they have just about every painting supply you could possibly imagine. I'll definitely be back in the future for other projects!

We felt pressured into selecting what they wanted us to choose, rather than being supported in getting what we actually needed. They gave us the wrong paint size and the wrong type/category. When we pointed it out, they insisted the mistake couldn't be theirs, claiming the computer showed everything correctly--completely dismissing our concerns. To make matters worse, after realizing they gave us the wrong type of paint, they then admitted they didn't even have the type we originally requested. Instead, they gave us a substitute product that was less effective and not what we wanted. Christopher was the only helpful person in the store. He was respectful, tried to assist us, and clearly cared about doing his job well. I genuinely feel sorry that he has to work under a manager who shows no regard for customer service and made no effort to resolve the situation. The overall experience was unprofessional, rude, and frustrating. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

We were, once again, in a situation where we needed some more paint(a different shade) for a different area of the house. After my experience yesterday I decided to take the drive back up to the Sahara and Arville location. Best decision I've made so far today! The employees here are not only friendly, but go to great lengths to try to get you exactly what you're looking for. Bringing my attic cover in tow, Matt was able to get me a near perfect match so I could paint in that area. After describing my situation from yesterday, he was able to explain to me that the reason for the price difference in paint was due to the discount given by the builder. Just getting some kind of logical explanation made all the difference in the world. I just wish the guys from the other location had let me in on this little tidbit. As long as circumstances will allow I will now make it a point to just stick with this location.
