I was told to order online; when they got the notification they would call and arrange delivery. It was about 2 p.m. when I ordered onlilne at home and I figured it would probably be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 3 p.m. saying they were on the way with my order. I am favorably impressed! I also enjoyed meeting Chris the manager. He was handling deliveries so his staff could be at the Grand Opening Sale for the day. Chris is very knowledgeable, very personable, and very efficient in unloading. I will certainly shop Rivers Ace Hardware in Grand Haven again soon.

But the store features a clothing department with quality outdoor wear, it's worth checking out. The only downside of getting propane here is that the filling station is located outside on the opposite end of the entrance, so you have to go inside and let the cashier clerk know you need someone to fill you up. Then you have to go back out. Not a big deal for me, but if you're someone who doesn't like to walk you may not like it.

Mind you, I had already take the car to a mechanic who said nothing was wrong, even though the car would shut off while driving. Walter and Pat found one wires to the battery was frayed. They had it fixed in no time and charged more than a fair price. Even though this place is not close to home I will come back time and time again in order to get service like Pat and Walter Provided. The original seller (care not to mention) did not have any solution or offer any other option to a less than one year old mattress. Another mattress business listened to our concern and said he had never heard of a mattress sliding elevated. He gave us a better understanding of the how the mattress was built and possibly it could have been defective from the manufacturer. Suggested contact SERTA. This would be time consuming and we needed a quick fix. Last option was Mattress Firm in Muskegon. We were greeted by Sidney and explained our problem. She, too had never heard of a mattress functioning in that manner. She was fully knowledgeable and helpful and felt the helplessness we had. She even went as far as contacting her manager to fix a mattress that was not sold by their business!!
