Employees performed delivery of a new refrigerator and removal / disposal of the old refrigerator a week later. While performing this work, the employees negligently caused significant damage to my new flooring which was installed two weeks earlier. Specifically, as they removed the old refrigerator, they did not protect the new flooring and did not use an appliance dolly for proper and safe handling of the appliance. The appliance was dropped and two tears were left in the new floor. The owner said he would have someone out that afternoon or the next morning to look at repair. Nothing. When I called back, he said they would be here the first part of the next week. Nope. I spent over $7000 with this local retailer and I am not receiving any assistance with the issue that their employees caused.

Toby McCormick is a scammer. He came to my house to repair a dryer that was not heating. He charged…read more$135 (which is VERY EXPENSIVE) and told me there was nothing wrong with the dryer. The dryer was still not heating and at this point he never returned calls for texts for weeks. Another repair person came and found that the problem was simply that a heating coil had gone bad. Pretty typical issue with dryers and very easy to troubleshoot. Repair man fixed it and when I asked toby that the dryer had been fixed and I wanted my $135 back since he completely missed the diagnosis and never answer the phone to come fix the dryer he finally replied (weeks after) and said he won't refund anything. After speaking with my housekeeper and the repair man that fixed the dryer the both knew of him as a scammer and told me how he was fired from Samsung for scamming the company and not properly fixing appliances. If you're in need of appliance repairs in west michigan AVOID this company.
