Again, the Vanderhydes are garbage people and if you want to be scammed, then go here. I'd also stay away from J.R., as he's a few colors short of a full crayon box.

They are a well trained staff that knows the answers to the questions presented. We have used the Spring Lake Auto Value store for as long as they have been open. We believe that the present staff is the best they have ever had. The present manager, Lisa, is wonderful. She really is loved by her staff and customers. We feel it is important for her to know how well she is doing.

This store on Leonard in Walker MI has always provided great service but something happened today…read morethat compelled me to tell everyone just how great it is. Normally when I go into the store, it is to purchase something, but today I sought help removing a parking warning sticker from my window. The entire staff was eager to help, but one employee in particular went above and beyond. Daquari was not even on staff today, but he went to his car and retrieved some window remover fluid and a tool and stood with me in the heat and worked at it until the entire sticker was gone. He was not even clocked in but did this just to be kind. I have never even had a sub par visit to this store. Every time is top notch...but today the employees (and Daquari in particular) showed me that old school customer service is not gone. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to find a solution instead of just sending me on my way. Unfortunately, I didn't get the technician's name, but he was just as helpful and professional. Everyone in the store seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do and took pride in helping their customers. That positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I will absolutely be returning to this Discount Tire location for my future tire needs. Less stimulating than Holland Discount Tire. Many seats available spaced out, along with high tables for computer workers. Tajuan is extremely nice, and was super helpful with my car. Free air checks for your tires. Appointment was at 10, ETA finish time 10:45, finished at 11.
