DO NOT SHOP HERE - Basically a scam…read more Before buying a lock I specifically asked if I could return it if it doesn't fit. I told them that I would need to take it out of its packaging. Even an employee at the store helped me open the package as I made an extra key. Everything would have been fine I thought, I double-checked. Unfortunately, the lock didn't fit my door, so I brought the item back an HOUR later. I was told NO! I've tried to explain in multiple ways, nice at first, not as nice after a passive aggressive supervisor/manager was condescending and borderline rude to mean taking back their agreement. I didn't even unseal the bag with screws or open the manual. Obviously, super tough plastic packaging was somewhat destroyed. It's not meant to be reused! Anyway, the only solution now, is that I spend $150 on gas and 1-2 days to go and "possibly" return a $35 purchase after spending time with the manager on the phone (waisting even more of my time). It is embarrassing for a building business to treat customers this way! Go to DIY or to Home Depot instead! I thought the place next to my house would be more convenient, I was totally wrong.
