Today was my full day of chores. Atmosphere - Good size local paint store. Several departments, see pictures. Plenty of parking. Open 6 days a week from 6:30am or 8am to 4pm or 6pm. Service - Kayla was amazing! Patient and gave many good suggestions. Including additional options for painters (we asked), which hopefully we will not need. When we got here, there were many employees working. Price - $100 for a paint consultation to have them come out to your property. Free if you speak to a paint consultant in-house. Since we were here, we went with the free in-house service. Our painter includes the cost of the paint and our painter is NOT inexpensive. Look forward to seeing the end results. The Assistant Store Manager Richard was quick to assist me, understanding the situation immediately and graciously speaking with my painting/gutter guy, getting the new number for the color that will match my gutter. I purchased the faucet that would be delivered the next day. the next day they did deliver. However, when the plumber saw the faucet was the wrong finish, and had been previously installed somewhere, and was missing parts. And, on the plumbers list was a basket drain...the technician at Western told me I didn't need a new one. The plumber is mad at me, and the basket drain I had is now leaking, and I do not drive or have a car to go get one. I have been literally screwed to the wall by this plumber and Western. Still no usable sink. And, looking at a cost of over $2,000 to install a $200 moen faucet. just a small sampling of what's really happening. Oh, and if you have the Toto dual flush toilets, there are no parts available...you have to replace the toilet...according to Roto Rooter and my own research.

You need to go to a pool and spa supply place. I tried to explain that these were just pvc fittings parts and pieces put together but "Nate" once again became the know it all and said those are all product specific and we wont carry any of those. The guy next to him said i may be able to get them down the street. So i left never to return even if they were giving away free parts. I went to the place the guy sent me and the folks there were so kind and told me that when Mike gets in he'll be able to take care of it or i could go right down the street where they get their parts and western could take care of me. I told her not in a million years. That "Nate" guy is a real P.O.S. And has a bad attitude. I thanked her and said i want to try some other places and if i cant find what i need I'll come back. Went to Leslie's pool supply. They once again didn't have all the parts and suggested i go to western, and again i told them what happened and how "Nate" was such a P.O.S. to me so, all 3 of the very nice and kind employees there tried to help me find the pvc fittings i needed to fix my issue and showed me where i could get them on line since they couldn't help me with the pieces. I never sop online, i prefer to go to local places but in this instance, happy to give my business to anyone other than this place.

I was really impressed with the help I Received and the information given about the brand. Pricing seemed reasonable, and they had all the painting supplies one could need. They have a primer which they say is similar to Kilz, with a lighter scent. I'm going to give this a try. Conveniently located real close to Scoopers.
